Went in there asking if they fix my type of car! They said no so i was going to ask about the same model car i saw parked outside with no wheels(i thought i might be able to purchase a part i needed from it) so i tried to ask about the car outside and the dude rudely responded (yo no se de eso) which means i dont know about that lol wth! Super rude and i saw another review thank god i dodged a bullet with them

Extremely rude. They state they don’t speak English, and so when I switch to speak in Spanish, they get upset and hang up the phone. Seems like they don’t want to be in the business of helping people. Unprofessional.

I give one star so I be able to give my feedback but if it was up to me I would give it 0 start. Very rude people, no manners or costumer service at all. We went with an emergency and the guy first ignored us when we were talking to him and then just told us that he don't have time for us without even listening or checking at the car. I do not recommend at all very inhumane.
I gave it one star so I could give it my experience on this site, which was quite bad, but if it had been up to me I wouldn't give it any stars. They are very rude, without education and no customer service. We went with an emergency and the man ignored us, when we were talking to him he ignored us and then told us that he didn't have time for us without even listening to us or seeing the car to see the emergency. I do not recommend them at all, they are very inhumane.

Very unprofessional. Mechanic ignored me at first. Once I got his attention he refused to give me service. I wouldn’t recommend this place ; it’s also in a very tight space .
