Nahh! Liamaris Went crazy with her customer service!! I want to recommend her to anyone looking for a watch! She gave us the Buy 2, get 4 Free offer, not only was her customer service exceptional, but she got personal with me, my wife and my daughters. Making it her priority that I was sure of all my watches and even added her own suggestions. She is pregnant too so I respect the hustle BIG TIME! God bless you and I'm coming back!

The sales team at the Cross County location is amazing. Very approachable, helpful & patient. Not at all pushy. I was assisted by Leah who went above and beyond, by patiently providing me with a ton of options. I also appreciated the fact that she was very well versed in all of the different selections she was showing me.

Great mid level to affordable stores all very very stylish! The parking is free but very congested and be ready to almost get in an accident. There is a wide variety of food! For example there are kiosks for food such as Cinnabon, auntie (pretzel place) and ice cream Applebee's Panera, burger place, red lobster Olive Garden and longhorn. There is even a hibachi restaurant. Target has now opened up as well and a stop and shop grocery store, Marshall's , h&m, 'acts, Zara, guess, and really just too many to name. If you get tired you can get a room at Hyatt Place! Lol. It's a bit hectic, it's not the westchester mall so if you looking for total upscale it is not that. But if you are looking for stylish nice stores and fun food...and not as crazy as some places in nyc, then this is your spot.

I use to like going here but they have a lot of teenagers running and who knows what else they are doing where is security I went there Saturday it was a mess filled with these teenagers running and distributing everyone shopping where is security it needs more security I don't feel safe there anymore

The guy who was suppose to fix my watch broke it. It was working fine i told him to change the battery and change the date and time he made my hour hand run so slow and broke the original movement in my watch. He broke it internally so that i would have to get a new watch. I told him it was gift from my dad and i think he even did it on purpose. Theres a way to break watches and thats changing the date on the 3 and 9 o clock and im pretty sure he did that to break my watch. And it was at this location. Yall dont go here for service. Never buying from this owner or location ever again!

The whole staff are very friendly & helpful especially Elliot always feel comfortable and I get greeted like if I was part of the invicta family they work with me in pricing when they price match with the invicta store website its always a pleasure to go their and visit whether it's to buy another watch or browse to see if I find something to my liking ?

I recently purchased Hurrican 50 mm this watch is nice size not big not small . This watch has master tech movement 8040n from Ronda Swiss very easy to operate. Watch is tell you time, date , day . When operate the watch position one is changed the date. Position two changed the time and maybe the day only the battery is replaced. Ruben the manager help me exchange mammoth watch was to big for my wrist. I recommended that if are going to purchase a Invicta I would go to a store not on line. If purchase a watch I would buy movement from Japanese or Swiss movement. You much happier these movement are reliable. Do not purchase any automatic Chinese movement I had problems with them getting stuck and running to fast with the time. Please go and Visit the cross county Invicta store. Ruben Elliott and Leah will help you out finding the right watch for you and your budget if you have one. Make sure make purchase invincible.Lea is the nicest is always has a happy face never angry. Lea really help me find great Reserve Gladiator that time day date with silver tone gold tone . I recommend that if visit the store ask for Lea or Ruben or Elliott they greet all customers with hello and help find great watch that you will happy with. Lea thank you so much for helping me find great watch on Monday evening. ??????????.

Got the deal of buy two and get 4 free but the lady that took care of me was so focused on making the sell that she never told me the couples set that I got was of mechanical watches rather than automatic. I still gave it some stars because I like the brand itself

I've been coming here since I was a child. The constant upgrades have definitely made this mall more appealing. Wide variety of clothing stores and restaurants to eat. I enjoy spending time there love the stores. Parking all over avoid busy times come early or late.

I ordered the chicken pot pie ( 2 of them). Neither one had a trace of chicken. They were entirely carrots and big chunks of potatoes and the crust was burnt. I previously ordered turkey dinners and both times it arrived with no gravy ( which I requested each time). They used to be a really good food option but this is the last time I will patronize this business.I do not recommend this spot....waste of my money !

Very nice outdoor mall with reasonable prices, huge free parking lot and live bands playing during summer. We went there on a Thursday afternoon/early evening and the band Amish Outlaws was playing. Everyone had a lot of fun (for free!)
