What an incredible example of GREAT customer service. When I was unable to go the store; Brian helped my husband get the right device for me and exchanged it immediately when we realized that a larger size was needed. We went back for additional devices; he was so helpful; made great recommendations; and offered great pricing.

I use to go to All Pro Medical in patchogue Long Island. I walked in All Pro last week to get a nebulizer for my child. I was told by the manager there that I need to wait 3 weeks for a nebulizer because I have Aetna and they go through a third party Hudson Medical. She told me that Hudson has to approve everything before a customer can get anything . My child needed this nebulizer asap.I left there and went to another provider and got within seconds. Not sure why Hudson medical is changing everything with All Pro and why all my info is going to another provider. I will be calling my insurance to file a grievance. All Pro was excellent years ago when Joe was there. I will never walk in that place again.

I took my father, who is 92 years old, to Hudson Med Supplies because his rollator (rolling walker) had a swiveling wheel and a shaky handle, and he felt uncomfortable using it. Brian welcomed us, took the device apart and noticed a problem with a wheel. He fixed it and tightened the handle. It is now like new. He could have easily skipped all the work and tried to sell us a new model, but instead he took the time to carefully investigate and fix the problem. And incredibly - he did not charge us, despite spending 30 minutes on the work! I cannot recommend Hudson Medical Supplies and Brain highly enough. It is rare to find a place where skill, knowledge and respect and kindness exist in the same place.

Went there today to buy a back brace that Brian the owner special ordered for me. I'm no kid and have been to many businesses for different needs over the years but I have never encounted such a special helpful and caring person as Brian. This is the only place to go for any medical equipment you may need. What a treasure this young man is.

I would like to take out and just say Thank you to Mr Brian and his team. Just a short story, last year my Uncle had a stroke where it limited his movement. He couldn't do anything on his own. As his nephew I got involved and help by being his point of contact to get him the things that he needed. The minute I spoke to Mr Brian he was very efficient. He showed compassion was understanding. Mr. Brian gave me a plan and guided me every step of the way.I really appreciate the scrafice he has made to help my Uncle obtain the necessary things that he needed. Mr Brian stayed on top of eveeyrthing and gave updates when needed. From the bottom of my heart Mr Brian, I cant thank you enough, my family thanks you and your staff. You were decently heaven sent. Wishing you a great year thank you for all you have done . Many blessing to you and your staff.

My grandmother needed a wheel chair. There was a problem from the insurance side of things and Brian and his team went above and beyond. They reached out to me and my grandmother with updates and were able to get me a wheel chair sooner then i would have got it if I waited for the insurance company. Thank you Hudson medical for being more then just a seller of a service and product.

A+ star service, I have to say. The staff are amazing and very professional. They went out of their way to find exactly what I needed when no other medical supply store could find it and they get me my supplies super fast which was very important to me. I will definitely be coming back here for all my medical supplies. Wonderful representation of how things should be!
