The girls on the window are rude. I hope I don’t have to come here again. The blonde one and the one with glasses have no customer service skills. I also called before heading there to see if their card machine was working & whoever picked up the phone said yes. When I got there it wasn’t working. I’m considering switching banks because I don’t feel comfortable with their service. This is by far the worst bank. when u call the number on the back of te card they are really nice but in person it’s totally different. South broadway branch y’all need to do better give those girls proper training to serve us the way we deserve

I would like to share my contrasting experiences with customer service at two different CitizensBank locations. While the branch at 449 S. Broadway in Yonkers, New York left me thoroughly disappointed, the branch at 1 City Pl in White Plains, New York exceeded my expectations with exceptional service and dedication to resolving my situation.During my initial visit to the Yonkers location, I went seeking assistance during a challenging situation, but I was met with a disappointing level of customer service. Upon arrival at 449 S. Broadway, I observed several individuals patiently waiting to speak with a single banker who seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers. As I finally had the opportunity to speak with her, it became apparent that she was in a rush, leaving little time for a thorough discussion.To my dismay, she not only rushed me, but also completely ignored the details of my situation. I shared the nature of my issue, hoping for guidance and support. Instead, she quickly dismissed me, suggesting that I contact Investors Bank for assistance. This advice made little sense, as Investors Bank had been acquired by CitizensBank. When I mentioned this fact, she responded with a dismissive tone, instructing me to search for the contact information online. Her lack of engagement and unwillingness to assist left me feeling frustrated and treated unfairly.Determined to find a resolution, I decided to visit another CitizensBank location in White Plains, specifically at 1 City Pl, which required a 30-minute drive. The contrast in customer service at this location was remarkable. The staff there went above and beyond to assist me and resolve my situation. They listened attentively, empathized with my concerns, and took immediate action to help.The exceptional customer service I experienced at the 1 City Pl branch in White Plains exemplified what true dedication and professionalism mean. The staff members displayed genuine care, going the extra mile to ensure my issue was addressed promptly and effectively. Their willingness to assist and their efforts to resolve my situation were truly commendable.I sincerely believe that when visiting a bank branch, customers should receive attentive support and accurate information. Unfortunately, my encounter at the 449 S. Broadway location in Yonkers fell far short of this expectation. On the other hand, the outstanding service provided by the team at 1 City Pl in White Plains reaffirmed my trust in CitizensBank and their commitment to exceptional customer care.In light of my experiences, I highly recommend the 1 City Pl branch in White Plains, New York for their outstanding customer service. They have proven their dedication to meeting customers' needs and resolving complex situations with professionalism and efficiency. However, I also hope that the branch at 449 S. Broadway in Yonkers can learn from the exceptional service exhibited at the White Plains branch, improving their customer service practices to ensure that every customer feels valued and receives the support they require.Thank you for taking the time to read about my experiences. How can you go to a bank and not have bank manager around on a Saturday ghetto bank I’m definitely taking my money somewhere else to a bank that’s closer to home useless bank I miss HSBC bank

The tellers are always very sweet. Amanda is my favorite. The guy manager, not so much. There's also a gentleman that helped me when I had left my card in the ATM, he was really nice when I was really stressed out.

Honestly, we've NEVER had a problem at this branch. We had many troubles finding one staff member who was working from other branches as well. But the service we received there has always been personal, professional and understanding. I've been going to that branch since Manhattan Savings in the '70's.

Don open an account with this company....This bank does not deserve a 1 star. I tried to cash my payroll check drawn on HSBC and the teller at this branch was so rude and snotty said she could not verify funds and that there was nothing they could do. Branch manager just handed back my check. Then I called customer service and a Terrel agent asked me if I am at the branch what do I expect him or a supervisor would do. I said I want a manager and Terrell put me on hold for 20 minutes attempting to wait me out but No. so Sharon got on the phone no help at all said that we have to protect their customers. what! Lady! I did not write the checks they should be able to verify funds no matter what branch I go to. So I went to another branch and Fiorella was nice she took my work ID and Drivers license and tried to help me but this bank does not care about their customers.
