The worst experience ever, spoke to Tara Little. When I asked how much short form, she told me $155.00, if you are a new client $25.00 off for first time client. I agreed which would bring my bill to $130.00. When I went to pay, I was told $215.00. All I could do at that point was pay the amount so my taxes would not be late. I feel definitely scammed by her. I trusted what she told me. For other customers get it in writing, otherwise you will be scammed like I was

Maria Mendoza was very helpful and professional. She was respectful and easy to work with. I wish H&R block would offer a discount to recurring customers. I know they reward us for referrals, but it would be nice to get discount customer loyalty.

Went last year and will not be returning Roopa was so rude and spoke to me like a child. When im paying over 300 dollars you need to be respectful. I’m suppose to ask questions if I don’t understand something. It’s not her place to respond rudely. My daughter and myself will go else where.

I went to this location after work because I needed something notarized. Frank was beyond amazing and helpful. I forgot one of the papers I needed filled out and he waited for me to come back with the form. The lady at the front desk was also pleasant and played a major role in how smooth my interaction there was. I plan on going back here to file my taxes. If you need something notified, I 100% recommend Frank. I hope this location gets more publicity, I don't think a lot of people know about this location and its hard to see from the road.
