“I have been an auto and renter’s insurance customer of this group for over a decade. I have had minimal interactions with Allstate during this time, as it was unnecessary. Unfortunately, on January 19th, 2024, I was involved in an auto accident- my first. Thankfully, I am well; my car, however, was a total loss. I imagined the most distressing part of the incident was still to come- working with my insurance. I want to highlight my agent, Danielle Pezzano, who ensured the experience was anything but that.
Danielle guided me through this process and was always available by phone or email for questions and concerns. Danielle thoroughly explained everything along the way and was timely in her responses and actions. I felt that she was a supportive advocate for me, and that is just what is needed after a traumatic experience. I cannot imagine what this could have been like had I been with a different company, but more importantly, another agent.
