The Hotel staff is very friendly and helped you with whatever you needed.The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The continental breakfast was very good a nice variety was given. I definitely would stay there again in the future.Rooms: Room was big with 2 queen beds a big bathroom and room also had a mini refrigerator.Safety: I was never felt or was worried about my safety there.Walkability: A lot of different shops you could walk to in the area.Food & drinks: Plenty of fast food or restaurants in the srea.Noteworthy details: They had free coffee and hot tea 24 hours.

We stayed here because it was close to the Bronx Zoo. The room was clean and they were shampooing all of the hallway carpets while we were there. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Coffee was available all day and included cookies in the afternoon.Nearby activities: Bronx Zoo

I loveeee this hotel. I was having a bad day until I walked in the lobby my mood immediately changed and when I got into my room and I super happy. The place was clean, breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. I loved it. I will definitely go back!Rooms: The rooms were cleannnnnnnn and smell so good.Safety: I felt extremely safe!

Stayed here overnight with the family. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was great with my visit I enjoyed my stay especially due to the great location and so many different options for food to choose from. The only thing was I didn't understand why they couldn't have complementary water in the room you have to go all the way to the lobby to purchase water. Now granted there is a target close by and you could easily save money and get what you need from there, but it would make more sense just to have something in the room that helps people say “they care”Food & drinks: Plenty of places to choose from you have options for everyone.

Room was not serviced because "You did not ask." When it was serviced the following day, housekeeping apparently took the TV controller. Went to desk to complain and was told someone would bring a new one to the room. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we went back to the desk and were told, "Oh, here it is." Service left us 2 facecloths, 1 hand towel, and 5 bath towels for 2 people. The paper cups were not replenished.Desk chair was badly stained; something had been removed from the wall (presumably a picture) and the holes had not been patched.The eggs served at breakfast were terrible, although the sausages and potatoes were fine. One morning the only muffins available were covered with nuts, so inedible for those with nut allergies.For rooms costing about $300 a night. This is NOT acceptable. There are numerous hotels in this part of Westchester County - I recommending avoiding this Hampton Inn.

No microwave in the room and couldn't ask for one so everyone around always knew what I was gonna have for lunch and dinner. They also have suites which I assume have stovetop and larger fridges but they could've at least given the rooms a microwave.Food & drinks: ShopRite Supermarket within walking distance plus many smaller establishments and shops to get food and snacks.

Gold member review: Clean rooms with great water pressure in the showers. Front desk receptionists were always nice. Everything else being pretty standard with every Hampton Inn.The problem was the breakfast staff. Two dumb and dumber just gossiping by the door to the kitchen, not working, using various racial slurs in their nonstop commentary as if we couldn't understand Spanish. The older lady was bold enough to remark to a guest that she hoped the food wasn't "too crispy," when the sausage patties were clearly burnt and turned a yellow color, the powdered eggs were dry, and there was no moisture left in the oatmeal. Everything was inedible except for yogurt and fruit. I could have just gone down to a supermarket down the street.Will be following up with the usual Hilton email survey we receive after every stay. This was unacceptable.

Great location. My hubby and I were in NYC for one night. This location was great for us. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Thanks so kindly.Rooms: One thing I would recommend, the shower curtain, was torn up. It shouldn't even be there.Safety: We felt safe. Again, we were there only for one night.Food & drinks: We had breakfast, and that was great.

Rooms are nice and clean and the staff are wonderful. Would recommend it to anyone. Whenever we are working in New York, this is where I stay no matter the drive.

Room was great staff was very helpful and friendly the hot water was at times warm not hot then there was a water leak they had to turn off hot water they did compensate me and gave me the night free that was very nice of them I appreciate it there compensation. I don’t think that there is security in the parking lot. My car was almost broken into. They tried to break in my last night my rear passenger window was cracked as if they were trying to break in they couldn’t get in. They broke into another car. I seen the rear window smashed on the floor, so there is no security for the parking lot, so do not leave any valuables in your car.

They need better managers and front desk attendants, who are more attentive, and using their personal cell phones. (IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS)Rooms are clean and breakfast is great.Seriously, you should not judge or talk about the hotel guests near or in front of them. Very childish. One may wonder where management hires or gets their staff from? Dummys R US! Lol

If you want to never have your sheets changed or room cleaned after a week's stay this is the place for you. If you want to have to run to get toilet paper and soap. and just be your own housekeeper.Then you have arrive to your oasis. Manager never around has no option or any resolution. Furthermore if your room has an unidentifeid noise yiou will basically be called a liar. As according to the manger this is just wind. How rude and disrespectful. Like I said if you want to go without sleep, Front desk has attitude. Complaints made disappear and do not exist. A short business stay is more work than the personal business you have to take care of. May I add this was not a free stay.

Good location off highway and prices for the quality of rooms was great. Service was a bit tough just because check-in took much too long at 2am when we just wanted to get to bed!Otherwise a good breakfast and clean hotel.A
