A lot of nice guitars but not much to my taste

The Staff here is always busy or missing. I've gone here twice now and seem to spend hours here for simple questions. My first visit was for my first guitar (ever). I asked the staff member for advice on a beginner friendly guitar. He gave his recommendation and I bought my first guitar online at guitar center .com using his recommendation. 4 months later the guitar's bridge began to break and I was unable to tune it or practice. I went back to guitar center 2 days ago to see if I could get it fixed. Only to have a different staff member tell me that what I bought was a low-end guitar and not worth repairing compared to the money I spent for it. So now I'm waiting for my second guitar (also bought from their website) only 4 months after starting to learn. This time I used my own research and my experience with my first guitar. I wish the staff here was able to provide helpful guidance with these things; information about quality, sound, and longevity. To be fair I was not able to speak with their lutheir either time I went. The staff here overall is nice but just seem inefficient and scattered. Won't be going back...at least to this store. Hope this new guitar will last a lot longer.

The people that work there do not know anything. They lied to me told me that they had something in it was not real wasn’t where it was supposed to be made from two guys told me it was made in America. I go to get it it’s made in Mexico And it’s a hassle to get the item and a hassle to get my money back. Horrible company. Horrible store will never buy anything from the place everything they had in there was junk. It should be called the Junk center.I drove two hours down and back for nothing wasted my time and gas and mileage for idiots that don’t even know what they have in the store didn’t even have a clue of what they were selling totally pissed me off and screwed me out of four hours of my life and on top of it, it took him an hour and a half to even try to look for what I bought for what I paid for and they didn’t even have the right item total garbage dump beware, don’t ever go there unless you like playing Garbage and know nothing about music I hope this company goes out of business

Management needs to figure out their scheduling. Every time I come here theres only two flustered employees and 15 impatient customers. It always takes forever. It makes me dread coming here.

It was nice, good selection of almost everything. The hand held percussion section needs restocking. I went to buy a small metal guiro with scraper instrument and they were out, except for the only one that was too large & expensive. The staff was friendly, and the parking is reasonably priced and will still go back.

Brought my old guitar in for a tuneup. Russ was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different options. My guitar sounds amazing now. Can’t believe I didn’t get a tuneup years ago.
