I was there with my husband this Saturday to talk about a watch that he received broken, and the manager was very rude, ill-mannered and didn't give us good customer service at all. In the end, who helped us was through the phone. I would give 0 stars if I could from my experience.

Great selection of clothing, and associates on the floor are kind, but oh my goodness! Extremely rude male at the cash register that was there 1/28. Looking at the reviews, seems hospitality was always been an issue

They are so rude I was literally looked up and down before I was even greeted. The cashier acted like I was beneath her it wasn’t a good experience at all and I did not feel welcomed. Although the young man that helped me was nice. They need to do better.

I went today at Guess store in yonkers mall and the manager was so rude. l feel sorry for the owner off the store. I just have bought white jumpsuits a week ago and l had the receipt wanted to return bc you can see through them and she told me l can’t return bc it has small stain. The jumpsuits is brand new when people try things on the store they would live stains on the jumpsuits l am not the only person that tried those jumpsuits they have tags on and you can see I never wore them. She was very unprofessional and I don’t think I’ll ever go to that store. I drove 45 min to go there so it’ll save me a trip I guess not to go again

I went with my sister in-law today looking for a white dress. I had a Zara bag in my hand. I went into the fitting room to try a dress on and the staff member (a older Dominican woman with a heavy accent ) grabbed my Zara bag, and told me she would hold it. I presumed she was going to hang it outside my fitting room door. When I got out, I find that she took MY Zara bag to the register. When I asked why this was done the guy at the register shrugged his shoulders. The problem here is that my sister in-law (who is white) had three bags, and was allowed to take ALL her bags into the fitting room when SHE was trying out her outfits, AND she was helped by the same staff member. This was clear racism, and I'll never shop here again.
