Walked in w crutches had order on line w a returned. I was told I needed to go to the gap factory. The cashier was not accommodating and had a bit of an attitude when I asked where to find a gap factory store. However the Spanish floor girl was quite friendly helpful and accommodating with helping get my size and color of sweats. Some folks here need customer service training
