Take notice that the GAP has improved their quality and taste recently. This store is great for two reasons: one, the manager Matt is customer service oriented and really goes out of his way to help the customer and two, the staff takes their cues from him and they are also very obliging.

My favorite Gap of all! Been shopping here for years. Great selection and nice sales people that are always willing to help out whatever way they can. Very satisfied with the products and the people working there.

I prefer shopping in this GAP, but I personally think they need to ditch those hand held iPods. They don't work. I know we had an associate use one on us, and she had to start all over, with another one. Then tonight, I am in there, the cashiers are clogging up the registers doing those hand held iPods. In fact, the cashier, had to grab another one to help some one. If you are going to use them, make a dedicated line for that. I wasted 20 mins on line.
