I will never buy online to pick up at this store EVER AGAIN! I placed an online order that was cancelled an hour after placing it which was SATURDAY! Well the charge is still pending in my account. I call the store and a rep told me it should have been refunded….YA THINK! he then says to call customer service but they are telling me they may have to force the hold to be released. WHAT! I Spoke with PANCHO TODAY WHO WAS SO RUDE AND HE HANGS UP ON ME! NOBODY WANTS TO WORK !! He disconnects the call and talked over me the whole time (UNPROFESSIONAL)Then they are telling me i gotta wait 5 business for them to investigate or figure why the hold is still there !! I WILL NVR PURCHASE FROM GAME STOP!! What kind of policy or system do you have with all the customers and games this company has. YOU TOOK MY MONEY QUICK BUT CANT PUT IT BACK AND ITS A PRE AUTHORIZATION HOLD!!! Reported them to my bank and paypal BLOCKED **

Ordered online for pickup, they canceled my order 3 hours later. Called the store, no response. Go into the store and get belittled by a retail employee. As i leave the store same employee brags about having 200 missed calls. If you can't do your job, just don't show up. Simple as that. Perfect example of why GameStop was fighting for its survival not too long ago and got saved by memers. CLOSE THIS STORE!!!

Poor customer service by store manager. Went into store to exchange a defective pre-owned PS4 controller (in same condition as upon purchase). Store manager refused item, saying items must be exchanged within 7 days, despite the fact that product packaging explicitly state that items can be exhanged within 30 days.

It's a typical game stop is the only way I can really describe it, the crew is helpful albeit I felt bad for them because I don't really know that much about video games so I maybe made them run through a few hoops to find what I was looking for. Besides the crew tho when I came in looking at stuff the stock or they're collection compared to some other gamestops wasn't that great.

I stopped today Tuesday Jan, 31st at 5:20 pm and lights were off and a sign on the window saying they’ll be back in an hour. I came back at 8:20 pm the lights were on, door was locked and no one to be seen.At this point this GameStop should just close down. Owner is just wasting money on rent.

Pre-ordered NBA 2K23 Michael Jordan special edition. When I went to pick it up they didn't have it. The game is sold out.What is the point of paying and pre ordering? They offered no solution and told me it was sold to someone who did not pre order. Buyer beware if you pre order games from gamestop.
