Under staffed. Music too loud. It’s a no go. Came in to do a return- leaving to do my return by MAIL . Annoyed.

10/10 customers service during the holiday season. They helped me and my family out so much with getting everything we needed, especially the lightskin manager with the glasses. This is an overall good store.

They have a lot of trendy sneakers and clothing options at a fair price. However, the staff can use some improvement. There was a lot of conversations amongst co-workers causing long delays in helping customers.
