They consistently lie and say they tried to deliver my package in NYC. The tracking will say they attempted in Yonkers at the shipping department. They put the blame on the customer when the customer is home. They maybe didn't have a driver or don't feel like putting it on a truck. Then the customer loses one of the delivery attempts. RUN YOUR BUSINESS BETTER and stop allowing drivers to lie.

Waited for a week for my package..I called and kept getting virtual assistant which was a nightmare after a week of trying to get a real person when I did they told me my package was sent back. Mind you I live above store that's close my address says 2nd floor they kept saying store closed.

This is the worst delivery company I ever seen.. always my package are missing and if you call no body answer the phone call.. the package disappeared and no body did anything about it
