i was shopping with my mother and the cashier did a rude comment. Costumer service is supposed to be one of the most important thing in places like this. And the family dollar it’s in bad conditions.

All staff members I have met are pleasant and very helpful. But who ever owns this store like come on show that you care! Place needs a renovation, A new front gate and a clean up. Store gets 3stars??? Employees get 5stars?????

I just got accused of stealing a gallon of milk at Family Dollar !!!!! I go to the one near my apartment at least 3 days a week... I spend literally hundreds there per month. The crusty old a** manager see me everytime I go in. He rung me up 2 days ago and I paid 40 something dollars. I walked out today and got across the street and he's yelling at me from the store door so I go over there and he asks if I paid for the milk. I looked at him incredulously and I'm like I come here all the time and u see me. He's like show me the receipt.

8/23/22on my way to work… THE CASHIER DID NOT COMPLETE MY CASH BACK transaction, claiming they just opened at 10am…….not to mention during my quick shopping, I found 3 Tasty cakes Brand (Plain pound cakes) 2 of them were out dated by 4 months. (May2022, June2022). The other I was buying along with water and raisins, After explaining there condition. The cashier grabbed both boxes throwing them onto the floor behind the register. She ASSUMED I would ask for cash back from the pin pad and REFUSED TO SELL ME ANYTHINGShe explained about a policy for cash back…..$20 was the cash back along with the food items ?????????? CALLING THE BBB
