I went here to ask Evan about a lab created diamond ring I wanted to sell. Evan looked at my ring and told me he would look around and see if he could get a buyer. I called him 2 times and the last time he told me his buyers were coming back from trade shows and he would call he in 2 weeks . I'm still waiting very disappointed

HORRIBLE . Would give them Negative starts but that’s not an option. I bought a ring and I wanted WHITE GOLD but a few weeks laterrr it turned YELLOW GOLD in some spots, VERY DISAPPOINTED because I called an no one picked up. Went there 5 TIMES to get it fixed and nothing changed , so if you’re looking for a jewelry store please find some where else.

Did my 10 month old baby girls ear Piercing few weeks ago. Have healed great. Staff was so professional and warm. Made the experience so quick, easy, and pain free. LITERALLY, my child barely reacted, didn’t cry, that’s how quick it was for both ears. Would recommend!

Evan and his staff are just exceptional. I brought my engagement ring in to be resized and was a little concerned about how wide it was and Evan suggested removing the bridge and the result was amazing. I love this ring, what an incredible job. I will be back. Highly recommended.

This jewelry shop was absolutely amazing! I reached out to them right before the holidays for a custom St. Michael pendant that I needed a little over a week after (shame on me for being last minute). They were able to get it done, before I needed it and the end result blew me away! It was truly incredible. The detail that they put into the piece was above my expectations. In addition to the product, Evan and his team are truly remarkable. I felt comfortable through the whole process and they worked within my budget. I visited both the Yonkers and Eastchester locations-both are great! I highly recommend this jeweler and I will definitely be back!

I have been a customer with this place for over 25 years I can tell you i have been extremely happy with all my great jewelry i have purchased as well as all my custom made pieces made only for me one of a kind done by Evan. kindness and courtesy are at the root of positive customer service experience , and this keeps me always coming back . This is an amazing jewelry store. I went here, and my husband and I left saying why did we ever not come here before. Evan and his team are awesome. Evan is friendly, accommodating and really makes your experience in his store a lovely one. I went here because I needed my wedding band in FIVE days. (Brides I do not recommend waiting or doing this) However, Evan stepped up to the plate and delivered. He understood what I wanted and his confidence put me at ease that I would get it. I don’t know how he did it that quick but not only was it on time but it was beautiful. My wedding band is EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you again so much!

My fiancé and I went in to buy a gift for our ring bearers for our wedding this weekend, and everyone in there was so incredibly helpful! The selection was amazing, and we are so happy with the two cross necklaces we bought and cannot wait to gift them! Thanks a ton, can’t wait to come back!
