The pharmacy is very unorganized. They tell you prescriptions are ready and they are not. They don’t answer the phone and the pharmacy lines are way too long.

Usually like this CVS, but today I spent several minutes waiting for an employee to unlock a case for me, to no avail. A young woman finally comes by. After getting flagged by a gentleman who gets help from her, she walks away! This is after we've made eye contact. I trail after her, asking (begging?) for assistance. She tells me she has to scan in (which is fine, but she's already been there - so maybe she just didn't feel like doing her job?) All I can think of is the Dave Chapelle skit from the early 2000s, Pop Copy. Worst customer service.

I love this CVS, the pharmacy lady that checks you out is super nice and professional. The self-checkout is perfect, I just wish they had bigger bags for those of us who really prefer to checkout our mini shopping haul without having to speak to someone at the register. Because then we have to go talk to someone at the counter, and well, if you're like me, then that's just NO.

Leave an employee to handle counter checkout photos and input prices manually and not fair to wait in line keep let everyone go in front without help from anyone in the store your a

Cashier's are gone replaced by kiosks. Stock is limited just not the same store it was a year ago.

Pharmacist told me he could not fill my prescription despite me being in excruciating pain. Had to wait over an hour and never got a text that it was ready.

I like this location. First or the most part it's well stocked. It's always clean and organized. You can always find a staff person and they have always been helpful and friendly. I love the sales and the coupons are amazing. CVS is my preferred pharmacy hands down the best savings.

The pharmacy staff needs to be sent back for customer service training, Joseph the pharmacist and the cashier Cindy are extremely rude and both have a lack of respect for clients.

This pharmacy is and has been mismanaged for years. Management here is non existent. When the pharmacy is supposed to open, they just stay in the back and laugh joke while customers wait outside for them to open. The on duty pharmacist is never on time, who is responsible for this behavior? I wish there was a zero rating. Sunday 25 May 24, 10:17 pharmacist not on site, gate still not open.

This CVS at 132 Bronx River Road is the friendliest, nicest, store in Yonkers, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I just wish the pharmacy staff had more help, they work really hard but it’s always so busy and they could really use the extra help other than that the store is very clean and ever since new management the store is always stocked with all of the items I need too!

I’ve been coming to this CVS ever since I can remember. Understandably everything is needing to be locked up to prevent items being stolen. However when ringing the customer service button you’ll be standing there for 4 minutes waiting before pressing it again. And most of the time someone will never come to assist you. However today I’m standing in the deordorant aisle waiting for assistance after pressing the button for a second time. And I’m listening to the employees talk about how a coworker wasn’t here for a shift (I know their story now). Has anyone helped? No. Hire more staff because this is frustrating.
