Security is poor at this CVS location. Theft of items is rampant.
The "security" guard at the door is a very friendly older man who agreed with me that the empty display of AA, AAA, and other batteries was due to theft, and that nothing could be done about it.

This Pharmacy is the worst, till this day I don’t even know how it’s stays open, they should thank the prescription plans to allow this circus to continue, out of stock on crucial medicines and all they have to say ohh it takes a few days.. some people can’t just wait A FEW DAYS FOR THEIR PRESCRIPTION… If it wasn’t because of my prescription plan I wouldn’t be dealing with this junk of a place… CVS IS A JOKE!!!! Avoid using cvs like your life depends on it if you don’t have to…..

Not once have I gone and received prompt service. The pharmacy is the worst the line always is to the door. I don’t recommend this pharmacy

I had such a bad experience at this CVS location that makes me not want to ever return there. I waited online to purchase items, two of which were clearly labeled “2 for $1” right by the cash register. After payment and upon checking my receipt before I left the store, I noticed that I was charged $0.75 instead of $0.50 for each of the two items. I went to one of the employees at the cash register, who appeared to be a supervisor to inform her of the discrepancy and she confirmed that I was indeed wrongly charged a higher price. My expectation was for her to rectify the error for me herself right away since I had waited my turn on line to make a payment the first time, and I was wrongly charged for items or at least for her to allow me to be next in line but instead she instead that I had to go join the long line and wait for my turn again even though this was no error of my doing. When I questioned why I must be inconvenienced again for no error of my doing, she started arguing with me back and forth. I ended up waiting for about an additional half hour to get the issue resolved! I was very dissatisfied and disappointed for the horrible customer service and the extreme inconvenience caused to me. I don’t intend to go back to this store again!

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I’d say every other time I try to fill a prescription at this pharmacy there is an issue. They will tell me it will be there by a certain day and then it’s not there and I have to wait an additional few days. This has happened multiple times especially with medicine for my toddler. They also never answer the phone, so I have to go in to check on a prescription. This is troublesome because as mentioned I have a toddler that I usually have to drag there with me and leaving empty handed for meds for my sick toddler can be devastating at times.

I was mortified when I showed up at my local CVS. For years I've been coming only to witness its recent disrespect in the pharmacy and store management. I've attached screen shots of my phone calls waiting over an hour. I showed up at the pharmacy and asked them to pick up the phone it was me. Two extremely unprofessional workers called me crazy and laughed.this only happens in the black community and we are tired of the disrespect. This is unacceptable!!!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever. They never pick up their phone. My daughter is sick of cell disease. She has to take penicillin. And every time she goes to her hematologist. She gets a new prescription sent to this pharmacy. Even when you sign up to get alerts about your refills, they never fulfill the. Refills, I never get the automated computer. Telling me that my medicine is ready. This pharmacy is horrible. I lived in yonkers Five years and five years this pharmacy has been horrible a disgrace to the minority community.

Omg, no pharmacist has shown up for work! This place sucks. Go elsewhere!They finally showed up at 10. Have to wait until 1230 for script to be filled.How I love waiting 4 hours at CVS when I have a 102.5 fever. Glad they had a chair.

If I could give them one star I would by far the worst cvs pharmacy. Employees have a nasty attitude and look miserable, lines are always long even though they have 3 registers open, never have any medication on hand and need to wait months before getting it, pharmacy never answers the phone or calls back after leaving a message. I only use this place because it’s literally down the street and if I need my medication asap it’s just a 2 min walk rather than a 10 min drive to the other two cvs. This place needs to shutdown or hire a new more professional staff disgusting how they treat people that are still keeping them open. They need not to forget if it wasn’t for us the customers they wouldn’t have a job or open for business this comes from someone that works with customers so I know the business well and I wouldn’t treat my customers this way if I want to stay in business.

Customer service was horrible. Staff members not only show they don't want to be there, but they will also take it out on customers by berating them. I was a witness to this and was a victim of this treatment first hand at this location.

I tried calling this store for over a week with no response or callback. They billed me for my order and did not ship it. I had to send multiple emails to have my order canceled so I can have my prescriptions sent over to a new pharmacy and they STILL had my original order on hand. This was a terrible experience and I am glad to finally have all of my prescriptions transferred over to a new pharmacy.
