“Yesterday I went with my fiancé to do some shopping. Everyone I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. The first and last person I encountered was a young lady with light hair and light eyes, she was very nice and provided great customer service. The next individual was an Asian man he was very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. And the last person was a Hispanic young man with curly hair he was very knowledgeable on the old navy products an provided great service as well .”

“I rarely shop here but had a coupon for my birthday. Found a lot of things I liked but they didn't come in long which is what I need in pants because I'm tall. Store was organized and clean and the employees were nice. When I did find a pair of jeggings that I loved that came in Long and fit comfortably, I bought them. Check out was super quick and again the cashier was nice. Sales were good so I will be back to try to find more things another day.”

“The store was so damn cute. Definitely recommend. 100% would go back. Staff was nice but also seemed a little annoyed but it was understandable. Walked out wit the green top and my friend got the black corset one. Both on sale for $9 each. So damn cute*TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN* they have- zodiac necklaces- rings- cropped leather jackets- flare jeans!!!!!- corset type tops- track suits- make up bags- and SUPER cute sweatersOh and they’re having a sale rn :))) have funnnnn and safe shopping!!!”
“Great store and selection on items but They close at 9:30PM sun-wed now but idk why they haven’t updated their hours yet it was disappointing. Even more disappointing is that their fitting rooms are permanently closed”
“Love Zara. Whether you need formal wear, casual or business attire, you can find it here. May be a bit edgy for some but quality is great & price points are attractive. I like that it is a one stop shop. Clothing, shoes, and accessories are all here. If I can't find my size in store, they have a great website.”

“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”
