The worst branch ever! They drove me to open an account with Chase across the street. I went twice and was not help at all by these people. I was left waiting on the waiting area and was not helped. I will encorage anyone to go to any other branch but this one. The worst consumer experience ever.

This bank is horrible! Horrible staff, horrible customer service! Every time I come into this branch I receive subpar service. I'm always in line for over 30 minutes waiting and it's always 2 or less tellers! Less Kay and Jose should be fired immediately after the horrible customer service I received from them. Thank God this bank is not my primary account. I will be closing it immediately!

This is one of the worst banks in America. I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was very rude and more argumentative than helpful. I'm closing all my accounts with Citibank today for this reason. Also this was not someone from the branch this was a customer service supervisor. Her name and employee number is Markus FRT032
