This place should have self service because the older gentleman that fills the gas up made what should have been a 2 minute trip end up being more than 10 minutes of waiting. He seems like a good person but he was very dismissive. He couldn’t get my card to go through and then ended up helping someone else. I tried it myself and it worked fine but he ended up going to every car that came after me instead of filling my car up. Once he finally comes to me, he doesn’t get it to work and then goes to someone else again. I ended up getting out of my car and doing it all myself and then I sat into my car after putting in my zip code. He put 89 instead of regular (87) and I didn’t notice until after the car was filled up. I mentioned it and he was again dismissive and said “it’s about the same thing.” It could’ve been a one time thing but I experienced horrible service and he made me unnecessarily wait a long time for his own incompetence.

Dishonest scheming liar. Thought I wouldn't notice that he filled my car with premium when I had told him regular. No compensation offered, just disrespectful speech and profanity. Stay away! New owner is ruining the business.

If i can give it negative starts i would, been trying to get a inspection done for monthss and is always a walk around. Dont even bother so many better shops around.

The first time I went to them, the car was fixed ok. This time I went to them and got charged an outrageous price for replacing the radiator fan with a generic one for $600 on a 2006 Toyota Avalon. I would have did it myself after buying a quality replacement fan for under $200. The blower fans did not work afterward. I asked them to fix the car for inspection, instead they just charged me for failing the inspection. I wrote a list of items to get fixed which were not even looked at. Gabriel was so proud of changing the windshield wipers though, and even one of the wipers flew off a few days ago which made me write this review. Absolute garbage work.

Thought I wrote here already... This business removed brand new parts of my used car I just bought. They drove it 3000 miles, and they didn't fix my car fully, despite me waiting approximately 2 months because they had a third party mechanic check it in Connecticut... The mechanic knows my husband, and they've done business together on other used cars he's bought, but now that we are moving, he left us with two traffic tickets in Yonkers totalling 250$ which I am now fighting. Thank you for doing this to me when I needed a car to get to work. and for wasting my precious time to fight tickets due to your negligence.

I went to Gabriel at the Citco station with body work and could not be happier with the experience!! From meeting Gabriel to getting my car back it was an absolutely easy and literally flawless experience!! He and his business went above and beyond with my repairs and I could not be more satisfied. I’ve dealt with many mechanics and body shops and they were hands down the best! Fantastic work and very good prices. Great guys there, very nice and professional service, 5 stars for sure!
