If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. It went downhill from the moment my pedicure started. No liners in the pedicure tubs, outdated COVID dividers still up, and the nail painting? Looked like a toddler coloring outside the lines—except a toddler might have done better. Absolute hard no.

Walked in and walked right now. I just moved here and realized this shop always looks slow. I decided to try and give the lady some business. I asked for a pedicure and she didn’t even have bags to cover the foot tub. I asked her if she did and she said no and that I could leave. So i left. I’m not a professional but from personal opinion, I wouldn’t trust any tub without some type of protection. Disgusting. This shop should not be operating with how outdated it is.

Don’t waste your time or money. Everything is outdated. Nothing is sterile. There is no gel colors and she will lie and say yes just to get your foot in the door. THE WORST nail set I’ve ever had!

Came here to get a pedicure but was told that I needed to make an appointment. THAT WAS A LIE! My mother in law comes here ALL of the time to get serviced and she informed me that she has NEVER made an appointment to get serviced. Highly believe this place is racists. The atmosphere was NOT inviting and the look I got from the lady upon walking in was very unsettling. Will NEVER return here.

I got a gel manicure and i was really upset by the service. I asked for a disposable nail file and buff and the owner was outraged. They filed my nails too sloppy and caused cuts all throughout my skin and caused me to bleed without apologizing. This is how my nails turned out as I got back into my car.Service: Gel manicure

Paint job wasn’t very careful, not very clean. Didn’t clean the work space after the previous customer where I was then seated. There was nail dust on the table. Would have appreciated more sanitizing and disinfecting.Service: Manicures

I am very upset about my experience. I asked for a clean nail file and buffer and she laughed at me and told me I was crazy. She cut all my cuticles and made me bleed. She refused a refund. This is what my nails looked like as I got into my car....

I have been going to Choi's nails on and off for years. It is a good neighborhood nail salon. However my last experience left me pretty upset. Hearing about precautions that other salons are taking, there was very little that was done at Choi's. A little plexiglass at the manicure stations was it. There was no sign on the door insisting masks be worn. Someone came in for an appointment without a mask and was never told to wear a mask. Another person came into the salon with her mask below her nose and was not corrected. How can people be so disrespectful and inconsiderate to others and how could the owner jeopardize her clients by not enforcing the mask wearing. There really was nothing that made me feel safe. I won't be going back and that makes me sad and angry.

This place has ADORABLE dogs and the best customer service. You get the best nails done for the best price. Also the place is very cute filled with nice employees.

Haven't returned here since my eyebrows were permanently ruined. I got them waxed before a big trip and way too much hair was taken off. That was the second time that had happened to me at this salon. The hair never grew back after that time. I also got a pedicure here on another occasion. They applied one thin transparent coat and tried to tell me they were done. I asked for another coat. An entire nail of polish peeled and fell off two days later. Disappointing service
