The worst chase branch I've ever come across. The ATM NEVER works. Never. The tellers are idiots. Avoid.

I went into your bank tonight... Made a deposit had a problem with the ATM... Went up to your Teller Claudia who is not helpful didn't want to be there and when I asked for a branch manager she basically said oh she's over there and brushed me off... I went over to the desk and Eddie basically wanted to do the same because he was sitting with a young lady and also Jennifer your branch manager having social conversation... And didn't want to be bothered... The only reason he took the initiative was because Jennifer made him otherwise he like Claudia would've done nothing to help me Going forward I will go into other branches

I tried to go through the drive-up banking, but no one was there. I waited a bit, but it looked dark, so I just walked into the bank and asked. They told me that there is someone there ,but you have to wait because he is doing other things
