very incompetent, went to cash my payroll check issued from there bank from city payroll only to have them say my check is deposit only! went to chase bank on 233rd by white plains rd cashed my checks no problem. will probably take all my money to another bank the guy teller was rude and couldn’t figure anything out just basically looking for a reason not to help the chase on mclean is horrible!!!

Horrible line. It’s a drive thru and you have other chase bankers standing in line on the drive thru line. This isn’t safe !!

I would give this bank location negative stars if I could. They don't even make zero stars. I am so sorry I switched over to them. It is ALWAYS a problem coming here to withdraw money. They are ALWAYS out of money, they are always having trouble accepting deposits, accepting payments or depositing cash. This NEVER happens at Manhattan Chase locations. Is it because it is in the Yonkers / Bronx Border?? We count too! The atms are slow, there is ALWAYS a long wait to withdraw money (if they even have your money to withdraw) and it is such a shade location; there is never a security officer. Not only do I feel unsafe EVERY-TIME I use this location, they delay any transaction I attempt to make. This is a complete trash location. Fix your branch; you have the money to do so. This is such a poor reflection of Chase it's unbelievable.

This bank is very poorly managed. How hard is it to keep their ATMs working. Every time I go to take money out the ATM is broken. Wosrt managed bank ive ever seen.

In the two years I’ve lived here, this bank has very rarely had a working outdoor atm, and closes at 5 or 6. If you need cash late at nights or on the weekends sometime, consider this when choosing how to bank in this area.
