Tellers are extremely helpful they are very knowledgeable can sometimes save you from waiting for a floor person or manager. Always very pleasant.

Geraldine and Chanel both helped me right away. Account was locked led and they tried fixing it, multiple times. You can tell they are both hard workers and actually care about the customers. I hate going to banks, but I had to go here quite a few times with my mother. The staff are always very friendly. We usually don't wait too long. The parking lot is shared with Walgreens and tends to get crowded.
