It's 4:35 pm it's incredible how there are people who don't care what they do because atLess could help you with kindness, I will change banks for you, what a shame that in a once great institution there are people with so little desire to work

Manager Joselyn never there, assistant manager Stephanie always out on lunch/personal stuff/sick. Rush hour 12 pm only 1 teller nobody in charge

Worst place ever. 1 atm and 1 drive tru. thats it, nothing inside with ample space to put more atms. Their atms are the slowest ever for any bank.

Let me just start by saying I live 1 block away from this branch, and I refuse to enter it. The times I went were a total disappointment, no professionalism, no customer service etc etc. My mother in law refuses to enter, my other and many people I know from the area for the same reason. The other reason I also do not visit is bc of the atm, 90 percent of the time it has issues for deposits or withdrawals. I hope someone reads this and decides to make some changes or just close the branch!

I had an appointment today at 270 Saw Mill River Rd.Yonkers, NY 10701, when I arrive I let her know that I have an appointment at 9 with Miss Garcia, she let me tell her, comes back and then tells me that she is Reina Garcia and has nothing in her appointment, then she looks up and says if it is Right now I see it, she tells me that she is new and that she does not know how to make that kind of account that she looks for another appointment she seeks, I ask her where is the person who assists her in her new processes in the company, that she does not have, she tells me, I suggest that she call a colleague at another branch to help her or to the main one, that she has no one to help her make another appointment and that her manager is there and that in the end she will not solve or say anything to me different, because I told her that she doesn't know how much time I have and that's why I made an appointment today. To complete, she looks for the city registers and tells me that the company does not exist, she has the city papers in her hands.It is a lot of lack of ethics and professionalism of the company in assisting and providing customer service to its clients.

I usually check reviews before I go anywhere. After waiting 15 minutes to be see. With an appointment. I finally I sat down for my appointment only for Reina to start making calls to order new cards while I sit and wait to start my banking process. A 27 minute wait. Inconsiderate. From that point on she made everything difficult.

No business banker on site to handle new accounts. Not much use for this particular branch but deposits and withdrawals

Horrible customer service at this branch. Tellers are ok, but management have no understanding of customer needs. Unless is only to benefit the bank like opening a new account or things like that. That happens when you are present at the branch! I heard from my neighbor they are worse on the phone! Someone left her on hold for over 15 minutes, sounded very stressed with no intentions of being helpful...I know most people do banking online these days but management attitude here is not helping with banking period.

Me atendieron muy bien siempre vengo aqui desde hace casi 5 años estoy con este banco y es el mejor para mi muchass gracias hoy los visite y reina garcia me atendio y me ayudo bastante muy simpatica y amable agende mi visita por el chase app fantastico casi todo lo hago por mi chase app muy buena opcion!
