If there was a grade below one for this bank I would give it. I called the bank because of an email that I had received from them. I was rudely spoken to by a representative there, I believe from their 1-800# Chase, you have no idea what you have done, but you will grovel to me one of these days. I will never, ever do ANY business with chase ever again. Your representatives at your corporate offices has no manners. I hope you know that I do NOT forgive or forget. This bank sucks, you all will soon be sitting at home with nothing to do.

Today I came in to use the ATM machines and let me tell you this is the only chase back I've ever been too that has the smallest ATM space in banking history and I've been to many chase atm's all over New York City that were much larger and had way more room than this one they had 3 atms machines at this chase bank but only 1 was actually working and when i walked in the ATM spacing was really bad they were 8 people in there waiting to use 1 ATM Machine with 4 people waiting outside to have room to Come in and use the ATM Machine this branch really need to make they're ATM section much larger if anyone wishes to be cramped in maybe squashed just to use the ATM in this chase you might as well use the bank itself when it's opened I'm not using this ATM location ever again when I come around here again unless there's room to go inside use the ATM here this one is the smallest most cramped up space chase bank ATM I've ever used if anyone doesn't believe me come to this chase bank. Location and see for. Yourself how small it really is it's unbelievable

The person who helps you open an account has a very bad attitude, he is not friendly at all, I tried to just ask him a question and he left me talking to myself and he told me to go ask the windows, he is a person with such an ugly character. I I have been with Chase for years and I have never encountered a person like this.

Erica is the rudest teller. As though if they puck her from the hood. Requested assistance with the careless option since I have several accounts with chase. She stated: where not tech. Simply brushed me off without an appropriate sense of direction on how to fox this problems. When I inquired about trying to troubleshoot this matter it turned to a semi debate. Won't be coming back to this branch. Hastings on Hudson's branch you will never experience this behavior.

They never pick up the phone (for days & weeks) and when we go in person the customer service is terrible. im sure headquarters at chase have no idea whats going on and that customers are not being tend to over the phone or in person in a timely manner.

The customer service here is okay.The drive thru ATM only withdrawals 20’s and the machine isn’t upgraded.. not so convenient. I got a couple of 20’s in bad condition.

Some times I think that they only want your money! But we’re is the human touch? No one tell exactly what to do. Long wait for nothing. You have to do something Chase.....(not everyone can read your beautiful brains)

Terrible I went to open an account is posted that their working hours are from 9 until 2pm I was there at 1pm a whole hour prior to closing and was sent packing because supposedly it takes about an hour to open an account hello! I WAS THERE 1 HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. I GUESS THEY HAVE SOOOO MANY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE THE LUXURY TO SENT PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS AWAY...... 9/5/2020 terrible Hopefully someone reads this and chase does something about it worst customer service ever
