Please avoid this place when you buy a car from them trying to service it or do anything else is ridiculous good luck trying to get any information over the phone awful!! 2024 update:
John and Steve helped me get my new jeep when my lease was up. It couldn’t have been a smoother process. They truly want above and beyond with too notch service. I highly recommend!

Eddy just got me my Jeep. He is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! He kept in contact with me with all details and any questions I had. He made sure I got the best deal and was very knowledgeable with the cars. The managers to the finance guy Rodger were also very helpful and everyone is super friendly. Ohhh and the coffee is amazing ! Thanks guys I definitely recommend this location.

I cannot say enough about the service at this dealership. After trying to deal with my own local dealership who refused to deal with me, everyone at Yonkers was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, it was red carpet treatment all the way through. This type of customer service should be the example to all!

A real joke not the same dealership had a lease deal for 36 months went in 2 days later and was told can't do that deal can only do a 24 month deal.
Don't go for service either you will have oil on you fenders and 42 lbs of air in you tires
Also since I made the deal No one has reached out to see if I was satisfied
Will not be going back

Fast to sell you a car but when you want to speak to the financial person name Joel never available, never return calls. Me and my wife when there because I work at dental office right next to the dealer she wanted a jeep wrangler which we got he first says she was the main buyer and I was the co-signer when we sign I realized was me the main buyer then he says you can refinance in 6 months to lower the payment now here we are trying to lower the payment not because we can afford the monthly payment we in the process of buying a house so we calling him like he says to refinance in 6 months and no sign of Mr. Joel anywhere . I definitely will never referred anyone family members or friends to them .

They have the worst phone systems, I can never get anyone to assist me when it comes to scheduling an appt. So inconvenient, I hit the prompts to direct me to scheduling an appt and instead i get transferred around and then transferred to a voicemail and i leave a message but never receive a call back then I’m forced to try to reach someone again. One time I called back on a Saturday and was told that i’ll have to call back mon- fri between 9-4. Why aren’t you guys more accommodating and respect that we have busy lives ourselves? But if it’s YOUR job to assist with scheduling appts why isn’t that being done?
