Extremely unprofessional. Kept my car for 3 1/2 weeks without keeping me updated. While I drove a rental and didn't know when I had to return it. When I went to the shop to see my vehicle and have it towed elsewhere, he had other people's car parts inside and outside of my vehicle. My vehicle went clean and came out completely completely dirty. Besides being extremely unprofessional, The owner Carlos kept making inappropriate passes at me. I would not recommend them to anyone. Also, he and his brother own a dealership across town called Deleon Mich Auto Sales where they sell lemons. so do your research on the lemon law.

If you’re looking for a mechanic who will always have your back & look out for your best interests, Carlos is definitely your guy. After my first visit he had me sold, Carlos is genuine, never takes advantage and always gets the job done. I’ve had my fair share of car issues over the years and I’ve confidently brought my car back to him time and time again. & if Carlos couldn’t help me with something that was specific to my car, he always connected me with someone who could handle the issue and was a great help. I already tell everyone to go here haha I highly recommend this mechanic & will continue to see him, even if I move out of Yonkers!
