Some employees treat customers very badly. I always used to go shopping there but I will not return due to a horrible experience. I was with my nieces and daughters. We were looking at a purse that they did not decide to buy and we returned it to the place where we took it and a Latina employee with laughing hair she followed us to the door she yelled at us to return the wallet she accused us of theft and I told her to check me to see if we stole something without her having any proof the shame was horrible and I won't do it again step on that place.

The worst costumer service I have ever encountered. This lady have gave me the hardest time to let my 6yr old daughter use the bathroom. I asked her if she can let my daughter use the bathroom? She said "where's the mother"? I told her why are you asking that? She stated that my daughter can't use the bathroom because the mother is not here, I replied that's crazy I am her father that shouldn't matter she can use the bathroom on her own. She continued to say that she is doing me a favor by opening the bathroom. While my daughter is looking at this nonsense situation. I told her my daughter is her needing to use the bathroom and you are here being nasty with me just let my daughter use the bathroom and I will speak to a supervisor. On the way to the bathroom she still kept saying to me you should be thanking me because she is the only one that knows the code and she doesn't have to let her in. What kind of place does this???

Wanted to give it more stores because of how many things they have butttttttt the reviews about tge long lines are the truth. But to be honest it wasn’t moving employees are slloooooooowwww.
I got there at 8:15 didn’t leave til 11 because of the how long the line was taking (store closes at10:30 I left at 11 due to line wowww. I was in line for 30 minutes minimum n the person there was a lil new n seemed irritated as well manager at least seemed nice n was helping but still 30 min for a line GOODBYE

The management of the particular store should be fired. The wait time on the line is ridiculous. So many times I’ve tried to shop here and had to put my items down and walk out. Poor management!!!!

It's normal price and everything is dumped all over l. Sizes are not organized. Why do they do it this way
Anyways, the cashier i had older woman seemed nice. But when i confronted her about an item to check the price then requested a discount due to broken packaging. It was the only one I saw at the time in the clearance area. She responded by throwing up her hand and said that's what showing up in the register. Which tells me she doesn't know what to do in this scenario. Then She calls a hire up. Who looks like a very young man in t shirt snd jeans did not look professional and did not look like he wanted to be there. He mumbles something then walks away. The cashier asks him if I can get a discount due to poor packaging.
Burlington you need to do better with training your employees. Poor communication within employees them and with me was not great. As I was talking with the cashier she just said nothing amd was looking down. Not sure what happened. But we are all adults here.

Great deals on various selections of clothes, home decor, and more. The staff are very nice and helpful. The store is usually a mess, probably because of the high amount of people that come through their doors. Cash and credit are both accepted. There are two floors with elevators and escalators available. There is also a front and back entrance with ample free parking available on both sides. 09/2024

Burlington is a great store. This particular Burlington has ridiculous wait times at the checkout line. I haven't waited an hour in a checkout line in ages. And it's not because the lines are just too long. The cashiers are very slow. They need a dedicated line for returns! People waiting in line to checkout when all cashiers are busy helping do returns in unacceptable.

So many stores going out of business who wish they had this many customers wanting to make purchases yet customers at Burlington wait on a line like this. The end of the line was at the back of the store where the shoe shelves begin. Burlington needs to do better. Every register should be open and every store clerk should be at the front expediting the line. Even the security guards were suggesting to return during the morning when it’s less busy. Well that doesn’t work for people who work 9-5. If the volume of customers is high during the evening then the bulk of the staff should be in the evening not day shift. This is terrible.
