I really enjoy going to the store until it is time to pay
The lines are extremely long, and the management team there is never available to guide the team to open more cashiers. The Burlington in Cross County mall is much more organized, and even when the line is long, there are always at least 6 to 8 cashiers to expedite the process

My first time in this Burlington store in Cross County. I had to use the restroom the security guard at front of store told me where it was located, near the women's dressing room. Another Lady also had to use the restroom. Maria in the women's dressin

Lots of great outfits and a big clearance sale. Lines were very long but moving along nicely. Friendly staff. Will be back.

Will not be shopping at this or any burlington anymore. While looking for shoes in the childrens section for my daughter i stepped on a security tag needle it peirced thru my shoe and foot. I brought it to an employees attention that the needle/pins were all over the floor and she looked at me and said "yeah they're there and what" I left the store after that. Forget about me what about all the kids running around there shoeless trying on shoes what happens when one of them step on the bunch that were on the ground.

Huge store and no bathroom!!
First time I come here and probably would be my last!! Prices are reasonable, but when you ask and employee where is the bathroom, and to tell you they don't have one? What does that mean? I then walked to the front security who is at the door and asked him, where is the bathroom, which he said is closed.
He told me to go to Starbucks, and when you have your full cart of clothes?
Well here I am at Starbucks, and guess what, just order a hot latte and decided I'm not going back in to the store to grab the clothes and pay.
