I travel a lot so I do a lot of reviews out of town, but I really should do my local gas station and I have to say despite the small space it has to operate in, it really is a good gas station, the staff at the service station are kind and professional.

Their service shop refused to do my State inspection because of my tinted windows ( I told the guy i had my tint exempt permit ) but he didn’t care.

He did install cheap engine mounts in my car and he did change me for original ones... always ask him for receipt of parts amount... labor is cheap with him but remember he is screws you in parts buy telling you they are original from dealer...

After coming to Ali (stated owner of this shop) for many years (2013 forward), today, he fired me as a customer.Over the past two years, this shop has become increasingly more busy. I suppose new customers are taking priority over customers like myself; whom have been coming since the shop doors were empty and business was slow.Increasingly and moreover, the shop has become too busy to accommodate scheduling and maintain a certain level of professionalism I’d expect. Especially when Ali is the one who works on my car. After my last several visits, I became increasingly frustrated as I would schedule times to come in and consistently wait 30 min. to 2 hours, then rushed out of the door.Today, and after coming in yesterday with a brake job that needed to be complete: I’m told “come now,” and then I’m told to wait another 30 minutes. I can’t do that, we all have lives to live.After expressing the issues of always waiting, I was berated by Ali and told, “there is no schedule, you go to the doctor, you wait, they call your name.” I’m not sure how that analogy makes sense, my doctor always is on time. Probably because he is a doctor and not a mechanic.Regardless, I left the shop today with my vehicle still broken. I left crying (literally) over frustration of losing Ali as a friend and being a long time customer. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least.When I asked Ali about why he was doing this to me as I am a long time customer: he said, “I don’t care, I’m tired of people coming to me saying they had an appointment. I don’t care about this business and I don’t care about the people. For what? My blood pressure is high and I don’t want to do this anymore.”I always came to this shop for Ali, because he had integrity. I can’t say the same for the rest of the mechanics here. To be frank: they are all idiots and fix the car with no grace. So, I never wanted the other mechanics doing work on my car. One guy put the lift under my body panels instead of the car frame (insane). Ali is always yelling at them for breaking something or doing something wrong.Now, I’m here upset and stranded with car troubles on a Saturday.I really hope the shop doesn’t represent this behavior going forward. I’m a tough guy who left in tears. Imagine this happening to my wife or someone’s father.Sincerely,Michael

Great service, advice you can trust, does get crowded quickly, an obvious sign of superb auto work.Ali is the best! Definitely takes care of you and makes sure you understand what work needs to be done at the best price for the job. Usually get busy so recommended to go earlier, closer to 8am. 02/06/2019

I've gone to a lot of places in the area and this has become my go to spot for small things like headlight replacements to state inspections. They're quick and won't BS you or overcharge. Everyone is friendly if you're friendly back. Even if they're busy, they'll squeeze you in!

Went there for a State photo I D they were no help at all. I tried to call them a couple of times, to confirm if they were able to help me,but no answer. When I got there I was told they were not doing it this week come back next week. I told them I was really in a bind and needed it asap. He tried to explain to me that the boss wasn't doing it,,etc etc.. I asked him if he knew of another place I could get it done, he told me to go on line and find another place!!

Best and most honest mechanic around. Ali the Pakistan gentleman who runs operates the establishment is trustworthy and won't bs you on any extra unneeded repairs to further milk you.
