As of today 09/17/2023, I will not be returning here, 90% of the machines are broken, you must manually add water to the washers or else your clothes won't be washed and it cost too much to dry because the dryers are horrible and old. The whole establishment in general is antiquated AF. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra five minutes up the street to Mama Laundry on Morningside Ave, much better service and brand new washers and dryers.

It's unfortunate... This is the only laundromat within a couple mile radius. Since most people don't drive in NY, this is the only one they can go to. So in knowing they'll get business regardless of their machines and service, they do the bare minimum.This is my first time at this location. A third of the machines are out of order, and some of of the ceilings fans don't work, so once it starts to get crowded and the dryers are going, it is terribly hot! The floors had not been swept, nor the folding tables. The ladies that are there are too busy tending to the "wash and fold" orders, to care to up keep the location. I use brand name products such as Tide and Downy, I even use Clorox 2, yet my clothes came our rough and faded.As if all I have mentioned isn't enough to stay aware from here, I actually had a rude interaction with one of the employees. As I mentioned, a lot of the machines were out of service and had sticky notes on them. I put my clothes into a dryer, put a quarter in, then realized the door wasn't closed. So I tried tp close it a couple of times to no avail. I finally realized it was probably broken and the sticky note had fell off. I put my clothes in another dryer and it worked.After that, I went to one of the women who worked there. She was short and looked to be in her 40s. I explained what happened and asked to get my quarter back. She went over to the machine and saw that it wouldn't close as well. She opened, shut it, did again, messed with the lock, opened it, shut it, then it finally worked. Ok, well that was a lot that no reasonable person would think to do given the condition of most of the machines.When she walked away, I followed her back to the register, assuming she was going to refund my quarter, but she said nothing. I asked again, after a little back and forth, I assumed it was a language barrier. Finally, she said clear as day, "I didn't put the quarter in, you did. You were the one that was confused." I was in shock! I just looked at her and walked away. I wasn't going to argue over a quarter, of course it is just the principle.Fortunately, I do have a car, giving me other options for places to do my laundry. I will never spend my money there again.

Always clean which is very important for my family and I. The owners are very nice and the girls who work there are always kind and cleaning. I did a drop off service once when I was too busy one week with work, and my clothes came back smelling amazing. They were folded like a machine did it! I will continue to support a small business that is so important to my community.

Have been coming to Bouncing Bubbles for quite some time now and each experience is better then the last! The location is extremely convenient. There’s always parking available. The space inside is VERY COVID-19 friendly. The owner is a very welcoming and helpful gentleman. This is the place to go!!
