This was one of the best experiences I have shopping in general, especially with furniture. I was immediately greeted, assisted, and had a seamless purchasing experience. Vincent was a complete professional and the manager was welcoming, courteous, and helpful. I was able to be in and out within 30 minutes. I will be coming back for all other furniture needs.

We arrived at Bobs on Central Park Ave in Yonkers and were greeted by Gayle. She was very polite and gave us our space as we found what we liked, she was immediately at a reachable distance and ended buying a kitchen island, sofa set and dining set plus tv stand. She was very kind and patient and treated us like family. She was excellent and we highly recommend her.

Purchased a bed from Yonkers pit location. Missing screws and spacers that I could not get from Home Depot. When purchasing from pit it’s as is but the bed was fully assembled on floor. I watched as they took it apart. One would think they would put all the screws together in a bag. Apparently they did not. I realized this while assembling bed. Go to Home Depot. No luck, and so much time wasted. Go back to Bobs and JT tells me it’s as is. It didn’t have all the screws. More time wasted. Luckily a mgr found 8 pieces. Now I have to order elsewhere for the other screws and washers. How do you sell a bed without all the screws and washers? I can understand the minor scratches etc…in as is. But not missing screws. Ugh!
