Poor Service and Unhelpful Staff
I had a very frustrating experience at BioReference Labs. The lady at the front desk insisted that I provide a hard copy of a document, despite the fact that I could have easily emailed it to her so she could print it herself. On top of that, BioReference had already given me a QR code to scan for my appointment, which meant I didn’t even need the email or a physical copy.
When I explained this, she didn’t seem to understand and instead told me I’d have to leave, go to a pharmacy, pay to get the paper printed, and come back, risking my appointment entirely. She was also extremely slow and a little rude throughout the process.
This level of disorganization and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable, especially when patients are relying on BioReference for important health services. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to others.
I left and cancelled my appointment.

They only got 1star because i couldn’t give zero. This place is terrible! Specially with babies/toddlers. The front desk lady is the same one drawing your blood and back and forth. Hot mess! Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

front desk lady is very rude. she closed the door 25 mins earlier than was supposed to. All i needed was a test to send to Lab. i don't know why i was made an appointment at a late time if i wont be allowed in. i was rushing to get there. she was chit chatting with patients, probably why she didnt let me in.

The best thing about this place is that it takes absolutely no time to get you in and out and never has insurance issues… Furthermore, I have used several insurances and there is never been a co-pay. They get the labs back very quickly… About 24 hours for the basic stuff. It’s a good place to use and costs no money.

There's a lunch break from 2 - 3 pm, according to the employee I spoke to (male). If you are a walk-in, you should get there no later than 5 pm (on a weekday). The employee (male) was very nice, and my experience was good. (FYI, there is a TV in the waiting room.)

Great experience AGAIN. the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and most efficient. This was my 2nd visit to this location and i will continue to use them. Special thanks to ANNY who took my blood sample. She was finished before i realized she had taken the sample. I have had many doctors/RN's take my blood over the years but by far Anny was the BEST.Thanks again and keep up the great work. To the HQ, your staff at 501 are Keepers.
