Made a service appointment for 08/17/24 @ 9AM online. Received multiple text messages reminding me of the appointment. Showed up on time and the sign on the door said "closed Saturdays"

I do NOT recommend buying from this dealer. it’s very poor managed I’ve spent over $75k buying a corvette from them I was promised a second key and tpms sensors they fired all the managers and sales people I worked with and don’t want to take care of anything I was promised once they got my money. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT NOT RECOMMENDED!

At first i thought it was an excellent service, but i was wrong. they told me don’t worry about anything we will take care of your lease , now i receive a letter with a big bill from my previous lease. Also they run my credit report without my consent a few times, so now i have problem with my credit score.

Future vendors beware! They don’t like to pay. Going on 5 months of no payment on service and product rendered. They called us to deliver a product and service that product. We did our part right away. Now we have been waiting and waiting and waiting.

I'm just had the worst experience in my life. I left my truck in to this dealership last November 28th with some engine problems.
It was over the dealership warranty but I had an extended warranty.
So they checked it out after a week r two telling me that they had no mechanics
One guy quit, the other guy was on vacation, one excuse after the other.
Then they would figure out what was wrong and had to wait for more parts
This went on week after week
Months go by
Never offering me a loaner car.
Just excuse after excuse
I finally went to the service manager Tony which was a bit more helpful.
The guy Joe got really pissed that I went to the manager and more or less ignored me every time I went in.
As if I was the problem.
I read all the reviews unfortunately I would not have ever sent my truck there only for the convenience.
In all the reviews not one person has anything good to say about Joe.
I can't understand how he keeps his job.
This dealership will close if they don't do something about the service department.
They even charged me for a new battery which was not covered under the warranty.
They didn't have the decency to comp me for that after 5 months with out a truck
I will never set foot inside the door of this place again and will tell everyone about my terrible experience.

I've been to several dealerships within the last few weeks and this dealership was very clean and organized. They provided outstanding service. I didn't feel rushed into purchasing my vehicle. Both Juan and Stephanie were very helpful and I was able to find the car I wanted. It was a pleasure doing business with the Beck Chevrolet dealership! I highly recommend them.
