I can’t agree with the nightmare stories in the reviews. I can only speak for myself. I’ve rented about 3 cars this year at this location, and every time it’s been smooth and no issues what’s so ever. Sometimes you’ll get a car a little dirty but nothing to stress over. The two gentlemen who are usually there have always been helpful and I have no complain whats so ever. Price is good, and the rental helps me when in need of a car.

I had rented a car for Uber. What a nightmare!! The agreement was for 277 per week. The car was dirty, no oil. I call them they told me that I was my responsibility for oil change. Any car wash and such. Front tire was about worn out. They told me there’s nothing they can do. After time i gave up and returned the car and they came up with all this fees that was not on the agreement. Don’t go to this place!!!!!

Just TERRIBLE!!! Along with the other comments Avis robs people of money. They have TERRIBLE Customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone! I was given a dirty rental on top of the car not driving properly and they couldn't help me. Save your money!

Like so many other reviewers of this Avis shop i wish i could give zero stars. The one young guy at the desk (july 9th 2023 2pm) was smug, antagonistic and arrogant when returning my car. After being rude he then told me to get in the car (that i just returned) and drive it up to the lot in back. I said “you can do it” and left.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would for so many reasons. First off whenever you call they never pick up the phone, you can call and call and they will not pick up. Secondly they are thieves, they over charged my mother in law and got her money put on hold by the bank because of them. Third, they will keep your deposit money and not give you any notification. When you extend the rental you have they won’t tell you the full price, they keep the deposit then charge you the change after you tell them not to touch the deposit because you will pay the fee. On top of that they will have you driving around in a rental that has expired plates. I wouldn’t bother renting here at all it’s more problems then what it’s worth.

Don’t ever rent from this company in general unless you want to be in financial RUIN. I would give this company 0 stars if i was allowed. Disgusting how they overcharge customers for miscellaneous charges. They don’t care about their customers, they want to make money off you and charge you thousands of dollars after you paid hundred of dollars on the rental. Never again, save yourself the trouble.

The worst customer service! The sales rep gave me a car that wasn't cleaned and claimed they don't have any other cars! The manager and the sales rep were incredible rude. I would not recommend wasting your money at this location. There are plenty others within a 3 mile radius. Save your wallet

This store is very bad, because every car is broken. The two cars given by the staff have no air pressure in the tires, and the inside of the car is very dirty. It's really troublesome if the rented car breaks down.

I made a reservation in advance and the staff that works there told me that they gave the vehicle to someone else and that they no longer had vehicles my reservation 00655257us1, it is disrespectful and you are a bad company

The agent here at the front desk is horrible. Rude unpleasant and not helpful. Will not be returning to avis or budget ever again. Would not hold my reservation although he lied at 1st and said he would. I'll take my business elsewhere. Do not rent here if you have plans and really need a vehicle. Next time I will pay the extra money and rent in the City. Please avis/budget do better. Hire professional people and treat your potential customers like gold.

I booked a vehicle and had a conformation # and everything they called me early this week asking me if i still needed it i said yes, they then call me less than 24 hour before pickup and tell me they don’t have that vehicle or anywhere around there so i have to figure it out.

I don't know which is the cause of the horrible service. If the company AVIS is just horrible and has the worst customer service or its just this location, but my experience so far is that they are both worthless.I rented a car for work and when I went to pick up the car it was filthy , the TPM light was on and the Maintenance indicator was also on and the tires were bold. I get home and I actually rinsed the car in my driveway because it was too dirty. I then go to open the trunk and see that it was full of boxes and plastic containers. I called the location and they tell me to just keep them in the trunk. I mentioned to them that their is not room for my stuff in the trunk and I asked to come back and have them empty the trunk. I had to rush back because they were closing. The only explanation I got from the person at the location was "my co-worker did not clean the trunk!".I used the car and returned it with more gas than was there before got the receipt and left.I'm checking the receipt they email me today and it had an additional $25 charge for "Misc. Charges". I spent 2 hours calling the location and was told to call customer service and then customer service telling me to call the location. No one could explain to me the Misc. Charges but customer service ended up removing it since the location was not help.I miss the days my company used Enterprise and Hertz before that.

Would rate zero stars if I could! If you’re a rideshare driver for Uber/ Uber eats, I highly recommend that you don’t make a reservation at this location.Unfortunately, I can only make a reservation for an Uber car rental on the Uber driver app. For some reason you can’t make a reservation on the Avis app for an Uber car rental which is such b.s.Every time I make a reservation for an Uber car rental and then I either call to confirm or go in person to this location, they say that they don’t have cars for Uber drivers and then also say “WE DON’T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE”they are so lazy at this location that they don’t want to check on their computer when cars will be available.Completely unacceptable customer service and unprofessional staff here!
