Ive been here three times dealt with a white woman with a tan shirt i believe shes a manager of sorts. Shes been horrible and unfriendly each time ive spoken to her. And i went there the other day and had an amazing experience with someone else who was super engaged and helpful. And its just how could someone work at a job everyday they hate. Take your tan shirt and go do what makes you happy cause whatever you got going on is not your favorite attitude booster

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! YA NEED TO FIRE A COUPLE PEOPLE! The marketing teams is only responding but no changes are being made.
I literally asked for help finding motor oil for my vehicle and the guy just showed me a bunch of random brands and walked off to answer his phone call until someone else came 15mins later.
I thought the guy was getting my oil but I guess that phone call was more important then the customer. 5-6:30pm I arrived here and will NEVER BE BACK!

Bought a premium battery with 5 year warranty for my daughters Honda Fit, 2 months later the battery went dead and the store refused to honor it. I’m done with Auto Zone, never again will I buy anything from them

Worst autozone ever-need a zero rating. The charming csr#19 couldn’t care less about helping me. It seems like she was annoyed that I was there. NEVER go to this store. It’s probably one of the worst in the franchise.

Avoid this location at all cost. They have only 2 females working here who refused to help with anything , didn’t know the answer to not a single question regarding a vehicle, it’s oil or it’s battery…the only thing they were concerned about was sipping on their coffee from the Dunkin’ Donuts next door. They looked at me bizarrely like I was lost for even entering…while I sat in my car figuring out where else I can go for help, I watched them also turn around 3 more customers as each customer walked in & out no more than 1 minute after an interaction with them. Clearly they just wanted to close the store. Please consider hiring employees that are willing and capable of helping. Iam sure there are plenty of pending applications.

Best part is the warranty, never had an issue. Not the cheapest but depending on the one you visit, the staff can be very helpful.
