I don't think Lia K. knows how to use her remote. It is designed to go on the visor, not bang around in a cup holder. It probably has been dropped in the car several times. AND Lia, ALL remotes are plastic!!!!! PUT IT ON YOUR VISOR WHERE IT BELONGS! It will last longer.
