“I have been an auto and renter’s insurance customer of this group for over a decade. I have had minimal interactions with Allstate during this time, as it was unnecessary. Unfortunately, on January 19th, 2024, I was involved in an auto accident- my first. Thankfully, I am well; my car, however, was a total loss.
