Terrible service. I asked for an iPhone and the Indian guy told me he can unlock it in two days. Required me to put a deposit. Two days pass, and my phone isn’t ready. Promised me it would be ready in one more day. Third day comes and he tells me forget about it and I had to go back to get my deposit. Never coming here again, stay far away

Not good. Plain horrible. One employee is being nasty and unprofessional, while on the other hand the 2nd employee is blatantly trying not to laugh at the customer that's being mistreated by them.I must also mention that their 2nd hand products are all scratched up and overpriced.

To say that I'm shocked to see these reviews about this store is an understatement. I've been coming here since I was a senior in high school. I got my first blackberry from them in April of 2010. They didn't have the one that I wanted and said that they can order it. I had completely lost my previous phone and they saw that I didn't have a phone, so my dad put the down payment and they gave me a phone to use while I wait for the blackberry to come in. No other phone store would've done that. I've been coming to them ever since. I've brought multiple iPhones throughout the years for me and my daughter from them, never had any problems whatsoever. I had some technical problems with the phone maybe 6 months ago and they helped me and sent me on my way. Didn't ask to be compensated. And last summer, my daughter went to pay her phone bill, and before I drove off, the guy came out waving money in his hand and said that she paid for 2 separate bills when our phone bills had just become linked together. He definitely could've kept that money and I would've never known. That doesn't sound like business owners looking to rob me, that sounds like honest business owners if you ask me. But to each his own. I however will be paying them a visit tomorrow to fix my cracked screen. Contrary to these other reviews, I will continue to support their business like I've been the past almost 15 years

They are extremely professional and thorough. The technician went the extra mile for my elderly mom... This means a lot to me! Her phone was unusable and they were able to get a new phone and the technician reconnected the new phone to her personal account... They are a great service in the neighborhood, I highly recommend them...

This guy is a complete fraud . . I cannot believe this guy is still in business . Wednesday my cousin who is visiting NY for a few months popped into this store (Aspire Communications) to buy a SIM card for her phone . This guy proceeds to tell her that SIM cards are no good that her phone is the problem that it is so old she needs to buy a phone and he will give her a good price . He sells her a Metro PCS phone and charges her $120 . The phone doesn't work she cannot receive text messages from American phones or download apps to the phone . It seems to be a used phone . This guy said it was a brand new phone ( Lies ) . So 5 days we are back in the store he refuses to refund her money and asks her what are you gonna do with the phone ? It's a complete joke . I walk a few stores up and I asked locals about this guy and to be told he's done this to lots of students from overseas . One girl had proof that the phone was a used phone cause there was photos on the phone from the previous owner . Any students who are thinking of going near this guy think twice

I went into this location to activate my phone i switched over from being a Verizon customer and decided to try t-mobile since Verizon had changed Thier data plans . I was given great customer service by a young man named Sean .he was really helpful and really nice even offered to set up my new phone me .All employees in the store were very friendly.Great customer service.

***************************ROBBERS STAY AWAY!!!Sold me a "new phone" they told me but brought it to Apple as I was already having problems with the phone and said it has an owner already!!!!! 900 bucks down the drain !!!! The phone has been giving me trouble since day one and I went to bring it back they "fixed it" and still having problems to this day with it. I told them that this is isn't a new phone and showed them the print out from Apple with the persons name that actually owned the phone!!! They wouldn't listen to me !!!! It's a disaster please beware of them. They do not care who they rip off they just want to take your money. Please spread the word about them !!!!!!! They are a nightmare of a phone shop!!!! They will not give you a refund or take the blame for it . I now have a phone that's a pile of crap keeps freezing on me and stops working completely on me. And can't use it for hours. Regret it so much noting fighting more for my money back but they wouldn't budge !!! Biggest rip off ever!!! Stay the hell away from these guys noting but gagsters,Robbing thrives and lying scrumbags!!

These guys are gangsters. I bought a so called new iPhone from them made the mistake of giving them $900 cash. Had few problems with it brought it back to them few times they fixed it supposedly but was still the same ! Ended up bringing it to apple and they could tell me that the phone was owned by someone before me even though Aspire sold it to me as new ! I am not the only person this has happened to AVOID THIS STORE Do not buy any new phones from them
