Deli Department customer service is terrible , to start you stand there waiting to be acknowledged when you have 2-3 employees puttering behind the counter , when finally acknowledged their demeanor tends to be gruff like you are bothering them, lastly could they be educated to differentiate between the white meat and dark meat of their store prepared chicken I'm growing tired of having to provide a tutorial on my bi-weekly visits to this location.

Prices go up every week. Look for sales. By using app you can save. Store is well stocked and clean. I have never had to return food for being off.

One of the worst customers service at a supermarket. You asked for a specific product and they tell you what you see is what we have. And that old lady at the deli get peace off when you older multiple different products like she is doing you a favor. Other than that is clean and organized

I placed an order for deli meat and only for me to return home to find the plastic wrapper still on the meat. Would of been really bad if my family choked on the plastic wrapper while eating a sandwich. Do better Deli Dept!!!

Prices on items are not the same at register.
Limited rewards items , rewards expire on short notice.
Little help when needed.
Frequent Employees turnover . Those who are working hate their job.

The people that work in the Deli department all have a disgusting attitude. To simply ask a question they’ll ignore you and act like they don’t hear you just so they don’t have to help. They seem bothered when you give your order. Just to get 3 forks to eat my chicken and Cole slaw the young man walked away while saying “I’m helping him”. There is absolutely no need for EVERY last one of them to have such a distasteful attitude, especially, while serving someone food. The supervisor doesn’t set a good example AT ALL! There is only 1 person who is pleasant and she was off today. Hire people who are personable and not grouches like them. I love the deli items but just based on the people in that department I think twice to even come in. It sickening now.

I am very upset with this supermarket, I placed an order and the packages specifically of cookies arrived open. I complained to Uber. Uber, as always, was not responsible and I called the supermarket and what they told me was to put the complaint on the internet, apart from the fact that there was no one. Hispanic who could assist me, I had to call a second time an hour later. Apart from that, they told me that they couldn't do anything either. I think that as a supermarket they should be careful that their products have the quality that the customer expects to receive at home.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been over a year since acme has stopped accepting Apple Pay it’s annoying and inconvenient it is 2024 and they’re living in the 90s. If I had a newly built competitor store like target just 5 mins down the road I would get my act together. But instead they’ve just gone downhill pushing customers to go to target. I nicely told a manager that they should get it fixed and they gave me attitude back. I’m not trying to be a Karen but rarely anyone walks around with a wallet anymore especially if I’m just popping into the store for an Apple. They’re not only losing my business but most of the people I know in the neighborhood have stopped shopping here due to the inconvenience. It’s such a shame it’s the only grocery store in the neighborhood because shoprite on Getty is way too scary to go to. And target is better but in a mall. Acme could be making big money if they just got their act together

The worst staff ever, especially in the deli department.Tons of attitude by the staff. There is a lady with braids. She doesn't even greet you back. Always grumpy and sad. Although ACME carries almost everything, the staff at this particular location is horrible and lacks customer service training.
