Unprofessional. Can't keep appointment times and don't have the courtesy of calling. Twice I walked in on time and she wasn't ready for me. We are not talking a 15-30 min wait. 2 hours is her answer. Are you kidding me? Last time she left a bleed mark right in front of my hair line. I let it go but never again. Last time she told me that she had to take her partners appointments because the woman's kid had to be rushed to the ER. When I later asked about it she had no memory of saying that. I later found out that her partner is her daughter in law and the sick kid was her grandchild. So she's a liar too. I'm all about small businesses but this it ridiculous. Under no circumstances could I recommend anyone going to this salon with a lying owner who does mediocre work at best. Alma or Alba whatever the heck your name is.....I'm gonna laugh when you go out of business.

Alba is a true professional, extremely creative and, during this difficult time, on top of things. As soon as she was able to reopen she called me for an appt and took great care of my hair. She constantly and consistently cleans and disinfects before, during and after every client. I felt safe and in expert hands.

really good hair salon. Not good at cutting curly hair though. WIll force you to straighten your hair in order to cut it though. Although, they are very clean, Alba is very nice, and at the same time they do great blow drys, flat irons, great makeup, and may other things.

Alba who runs the business is a true professional. The salon is gorgeous, clean and well run. Full services are available. Parking is abundant and free. Must visit and experience!.

I don't live in the area anymore, but if I'm visiting my parents and need my hair done or cut there's NO WHERE ELSE I'd choose to go. Alba and Bianca are so welcoming and caring. They always put customer's needs first

I went a few times to A&S for just a blowout and I am a fan. The staff is super friendly and they took care of me right away without needing an appointment. They were also much more reasonable then your chain Dry bars around town. I would highly recommend them if you need a nice blowout before a special event.

I made an appointment to have my hair done, I've always had my hair dry with hair rollers, this woman, who seemed to be the owner said that they couldn't do that because it'd have taken over 2 hours!! I've been going to hair salons since I was 12 and I've never heard such a thing, if you don't want to stay open until late then don't, this was my half first time coming here because I just walked out with my hair wet and I'll never come back!! Stay away!
