I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the whole experience I have had with Suffolk liner. They did my liner last year and here are a few reasons why they were pleasure to work with.What I especially liked was an immediate answer from the office and directing me to a sales representative who called me right after and scheduled the appointment for an estimate. That contrasted with some companies struggling to respond at all was a big sign that I was heading in the right direction.Then came the estimate where the pool was thoroughly checked and I was asked a few smart questions showing that Suffolk Liner wanted to give me their best recommendation as to how to handle the project.We wrote everything down and I really liked the transparency of information as it made me feel comfortable Suffolk Liner will deliverwhat they promised.Installation was just a confirmation that they truly are like a well-oiled machine knowing their craft. You could tell that Suffolk Liner installers take pride in their work and believe in what they do.When it comes to the price it was fair for the experience they offer. And it reinforced my belief that you get what you pay for.I can also count on them if something goes wrong as they back their service with warranty.Highly recommend!

Although I was not able to use Suffolk Liner due to having additional working being done outside of my liner and cover I wish I could have. Arek and team were very personable and thorough going over the entire project with me. They made sure to answer all my question and look over the entire pool making sure everything was still in good shape. They did not try to upswell me in any way and if anything were looking to save me money on both the liner and cover. I had a great feeling and wish I could have used them!

I recently has the pleasure of working with Suffolk Liner Corporation to have a new pool liner installed and I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire experience.The representative, Maria, who initially assessed my needs and provided me with a quote was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time answer all of my questions. She walked me through the entire process, and guided me towards the best choice for my pool.The level of expertise of the technicians and their attention to detail was truly impressive. They arrived on time and worked diligently to ensure that every aspect of the installation was executed flawlessly. The liner has a perfect fit with no wrinkles, bubbles, or imperfections to be found.Overall, my experience with Suffolk Liner Corp was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

We are so happy with Suffolk Liner Cor. they are the best at what they do. They are absolute pleasure to work with; everyone was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The quality of the vinyl liner is incredible, we loved everything about it, the design, the color, it looks so beautiful. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! We hired Suffolk Liner to install a new pool liner for us this summer. One week after installation the liner was already discolored. We sent pictures, videos, called & emailed the store. The owner was very rude and claimed it was our fault from using suntan lotion. We explained that it had only been one week and our two year old had been in one time with a small amount of suntan lotion on his face. He and the rest of the staff have ignored us continuously. The only solution offered was for us to buy additional products. This was a horrible experience. We paid over $6k for a liner that looks horrible after one week. The liner is supposed to have a protective coating and a warranty (which was not honored). We are going to have to redo the pool liner again next year with a better quality liner.

In 2021 we signed a contract to have a new pool liner installed in our pool for 2022. The liner was installed, and had two large wrinkles, I called Suffolk liner corp with no response back. We let it go as the liner was fine otherwise. Recently, only one year after having the liner installed, we realized that the deep end of our pool was sinking, we had 3 different pool companies out to give us quotes and tell us how to fix the problem, and every company stated that there is no way possible the liner company that installed a new liner only one year ago couldn't tell that the pool was collapsing. Suffolk liner company neglected to inform us of an immense structural problem with our pool so that they could just collect the payment for the new liner and move on. When I called to remedy this a few weeks ago, I was told it is noted in my our file that the pool deep end was uneven, which is how all 3 pool companies could tell there was an issue below the liner, and yet Suffolk liner co never informed us and just continued to install the liner which cost us just under $7,000. In order to fix the problem with our pool, we will have to excavate around the pool, replace the back deep end wall, and then replace the liner that is only a year old due to it being measured for the sinking walls in pure negligence of Suffolk liner co,. I called the company and spoke to a receptionist and never received a call back from an owner as promised. We essentially threw away the cost of the new liner last year and would have had the pool fixed then if Suffolk liner company did the right thing and informed us of the severe structural problems within our pool. Every pool company that came out agreed there is no way they couldn't have known, as the pool wall collapse has apparently been occurring over the course of years due to an unknown line leak.

Had our 1st contact with Suffolk Pool Liner thru HomeAdvisor on July 3,2023. Maria called shortly thereafter and that Saturday we had a survey. Final measurements the Wed after that. Liner was installed Friday July 21st and the installation was completed the next day, once the pool filled 1/2 way. The whole process went like clockwork. I am still amazed that that this job is complete and flawless. See the before and after pics.

What an amazing experience working with Suffolk Liner Corporation - Starting with Marie our Sales person - she was awesome - showed us so many options and explained each step of the process. She was there for us anytime we had questions. Then I worked with Agnes to set up our appointment. What a sweet lady who was so accommodating with our schedule. The guys that put the liner in were awesome and very respectful of my pool items. They communicated with me from beginning to end. The price was reasonable as I expected to spend more - if you are looking to have a new liner put in your pool do not go anywhere else.
