My husband and I spent a long weekend here while visiting family nearby on Long Island. Location was very convenient for our particular needs. The hotel was under construction while we were there but they warned us and put us in another section of the hotel. My husband and I are POC (Latina & Middle Eastern), not negating what others experienced, just saying that we never felt discriminated against, quite the opposite actually. The front desk staff even gave us additional points for a slight inconvenience. There’s a Walmart very close and a few food options within walking distance. We’ll be back for sure!
Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable!

Great for families. Breakfast included.Gym,pool, laundry,BBQ area. Plenty of shops nearby. (Have to pay for bags if you visit the Walmart in nearby parking lot).
Customer service has gone downhill since last visit.
Safety: Had someone walk in our room due to giving out our room key due to overbooking.

Food & drinks: If you're expecting free breakfast as advertised, don't expect anything. Staff rejected my friend and her family from breakfast, they gave them a hard time for no reason at all. It was perfectly reasonable to expect breakfast at 8 in the morning, but they have staff that doesn't speak english reject them entrance to have breakfast.

I cannot believe that I took my family into a new name of Hilton because I have good experience from Hilton on my diamonds member the staff here are unprofessional they really don't care about their customers after I found out that one of the rooms had bed bugs they wanted me to wake up my other room that my family members was sleeping at they wanted me to wake them up for we can get kicked out of there because we found bed bugs inside their rooms and top it off after I told them that I would not wake up my family because we came in from Connecticut I will not wake them up they called the cops on me and by the way I'm Puerto Rican and that y they did that to me I really feel like this hotel room is really racist. If you think that this hotel is going to save your family some money in their pocket for staying there never stay there run away.
Rooms: The room can look luxury but nothing but bed bugs
Safety: They don't care if you come in there with your family members even if they're little kids
Noteworthy details: They are ruining the name of Hilton smh back home they really treat me like I'm a diamond member.

I've been here for two days, and the workers are very helpful and polite
For breakfast, they have waffle maker, oatmeal, 3 different choices of cereal, a variety of bagels, and different drinks. They have a nice size pool, a quick, easy gym

Best hotel, super friendly staff, the GM Megan was on hand and available whenever needed, super friendly and professional to make our stay the best it could be! Walmart walking distance for anything we forgot and all new stores and restaurants recently built! I have stayed numerous times for family events near by and held my daughter’s adoption party in their very large meeting room with nothing but the best courteous service! They made her day extra special! The pool and gym are clean and very well taken care of! I highly recommend this hotel for the staff, rooms, and location location location!!!

This is a great hotel on the middle of Long Island. We stayed here for five nights while we explored the north and south fork. Location is perfect off of 495. Room was clean. We got clean towels when we needed them. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory and the kitchen workers were very nice and friendly. Desk staff were nice, too. Signs everywhere about no smoking, yet smokers were all around the entrance. One night there was a distinct odor of marijuana coming from public restrooms.
