Get Moving USA brought the wrong pieces on our initial delivery date, wasting our time on the first scheduled delivery day and inconveniencing my husband to have to schedule and wait around for a second delivery.
The movers did not call ahead to let us know when to expect them when they came back and demanded an additional $125 as a "walkup fee" since the sofa didn't fit in the elevator. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying $600 for movers, the expectation is that you deliver the item whether it be by elevator or stairs.
Payment is cash or Venmo only, presumably so you have no recourse with a credit card chargeback when they conduct their shady business.
Do business with literally anyone else.

As interior design professionals, we count on Get Moving USA for our projects. They are a well-run business and provide exceptional service at a fair price. Tracy, in the office, offers tremendous help. Aly and Brian are also wonderful. The moving crews show up on time, work hard and are very careful. I highly recommend this company. Wish we had found them sooner!

The 3 movers were not only extremely efficient but genuinely nice guys ensuring all of our fitness equipment was handled properly and placed where we needed it to be in our new fitness center. Highly recommend.

Get Moving USA is by far the best moving company ever! Everyone was so friendly, professional, helpful and best of all took such good care of our stuff during our move. The guys loading our stuff were so careful and caring, like it was their stuff. When I got to NC, the guys offloading our stuff took time to make sure it was done right.
It really was incredible how this company worked together to make our move a great experience and stress free. Not one thing was lost or broken, now that is incredible. I would recommend this company to anyone I knew was moving. I highly recommend this company if you need someone to move you. You will have nothing to worry about! Absolutely nothing. It's an experience you will be so happy about and feel so relaxed. They also have very good prices, so it's a win win all the way around.

I cannot say enough about this Incredible Moving Company omgosh Seriously I feel like I've become part of their family I am in the middle of moving I am a single 60 year old woman with a serious spine injury so needless to say I couldn't do too much of my own packing well this company came in and took such good care of me I Nearly wanted to cry they packed me up everything that I had they packed up so beautifully and wonderfully including my wardrobe I had Eli and a couple of other great young man come in here and just took charge and total care of everything I owned the company is so responsive they're always on time oh my gosh no really I have no words to describe how happy I am with this company thank you so very much GET MOVING USA I highly highly highly recommend this wonderful company ! For all of your needs their prices are so reasonable actually I should try tomorrow lol they are just so incredible thank you again and again and again I feel like you guys saved my life I was terrified to make the move all by myself as I had so much furniture clothing etc. thank you again love you guys !Sincerely ,Anna Marie St.Angelo

We bought a house that was under construction for 7months. We hired GetMoving to work with our designer on receiving and storing furniture through the process. GetMoving was upfront about their costs, helpful with any damaged product, and took great care of all of our furniture. When the time came for moving, I was so impressed with the move crew. They were honestly one of the most professional crews I've ever worked with. After my move, we had a few issues by suppliers, and GetMoving partnered with us to get all issues remedied! 10/10 recommend GetMoving!!!

not only is the owner still blameshifting his response to me, he forgets that my medication was packed by his terrible packers and because of that i had to have his guys reopen the boxes, and, the boxes all came half opened, busted, wet and things missing because of the terrible controls. they forget the pieces that make the story cohesive. instead they blame the customer for not being realistic. furthermore, the wife Deborah never told me about the cubic weight issue and charged me through the nose for the worst job of my life. look at this picture today - the movers marked my furniture with permanent marker blue. today i reported another loss of a desk priced $250 that is destroyed by chunks missing and a huge marker of the number 3 on my furniture. guys - you cannot make this up. you can protect yourself as much as you want. you lost your interest in the business. your own guys say your wife is miserable to work with and you matt are never there. you were missing for a long weekend the weekend you promised to look for my medication packed by your own staff who were not supposed to pack. you gave me all old used boxes that were crushed. how dare you accuse me of getting a bargain. you keep this up we are going to small claims next. i have had it. you should not work in this field with this caliber results. The best yet is - they didn't even take inventory properly. They had a 17 year old boy do it and he totally screwed the job up. Instead of saying I'm sorry - you now don't know what you got back or what we potentially lost - they had the nerve to write me and say, "the boy is a very smart son of the father who did the move and is going to college." Really???? Like I give a sh**? Get me professionals not a 17 year old to do an inventory on a complex move out-of-state. You should be ashamed of yourselves. fix the damn problem - you owe me a fraction of the cost - i am not asking for the entire price refunded. i am not an idiot. I called you last week every day and emailed you with no returned call you liar!!!! I left you your 6th message today Matt. Where are you now? Answering my call? I think not! Your phone logs are as good as your inventory. Useless!!! The pictures speak volumes. You are lying the both of you. All you have is your word and your word is garbage! Like this move. I hope you get this back in spades. Karma!
