Product made cheaply. Gives you a month lead time when ordering and on multiple occasions haven't even started making the product a month later, so you have to contact them multiple times hoping your order is being made. Customer service is non existent. This company is a joke.

We bought their expensive T-molding, downloaded their installation PDF and still could not get a clean install. Despite applying a lot of weight/pressure we could not fit the fibre based T-molding into the u-shaped metal frame mounted underneath. Ultimately this metal frame was bent and no longer usable. We glued the T-molding onto the floor to cover the transition until we find a better product.

The t molding does NOT snap into the channel. No quality control for this company.

Closed on weekends gate opens at 6am receiving starts 7am. Fast unloading within an hour. Friendly staff and overnight parking allowed in the street.

The thresholds that Framerica makes are cheap and poorly designed. They obviously never tried to actually install the snap together design because it is nearly impossible to do. But what's worse then their products is their customer service. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
