“Brunswick Vet Hospital has been absolutely incredible in taking care of my dog, Goofy. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about the animals they care for. Goofy was a little nervous at first, but their gentle and compassionate approach put him at ease right away. The veterinarians took the time to thoroughly explain every part of his treatment, addressing all of my concerns with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about Goofy’s well-being, treating him as if he were their own pet. The level of professionalism combined with their personal touch made all the difference. Thanks to their expertise and attentive care, Goofy is back to his energetic self, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Even though we were not an established client, they were happy to help. Upfront about cost (reasonable). Every staff person from the desk to the vet was pleasant, knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend for preventative care. We are now in the process of switching - times and location are convenient, but the care is top notch.”

They provided excellent care and were honest about his prognosis, without pushing us to make any decisions regarding his care. It doesn't matter what breed of cat or dog you may have they alway treat them with respect and understanding. They are very honest with their prognosis of what may be going on and the best action to take.”

“We had to put our 15 yr old cat to rest. We had never been to this vet before as we recently moved to Troy. I must say, their level of compassion and respect is unbelievable. About a week after I picked up his ashes, I received a card from the them that everyone in the office had signed. I never in all my years of saying goodbye to beloved pets have I received a sympathy card from the vet staff. I look forward to a long relationship with this vet with our other 2 boys. If I could give 100 stars I would!”

“I’ve had to bring my cat here twice and my family and I had our dog put down here. They are extremely expensive, but the care they provide is worth the price in my opinion. I first had to take my cat in 2020 because he had somehow gotten an ear infection which caused him to have vertigo. I recently had to take him again since he stopped eating, and he had pancreatitis! When my family and I put our Bella down, she was old and frail and it was time. The staff are so nice, compassionate, knowledgeable and just so kind. They really care for the animals that are brought in.”

“Every business has a few quirks and it's up to each individual as to how much you put up with. We've had a couple at Miller Animal Hospital (MAH) but at the end of the day, it's about the quality of care that our pups are getting. We know that their health and well-being are the top priority at MAH. Dr. Rice takes as much time as we need to examine our pups, answer our questions, and provide thorough and easy-to-understand assessments, guidance, and suggestions to us. The clinical and support staff here are just as great...and believe me, we put them through their paces. They're not the closest. Their not the fanciest. But they are the best!”
“Dr Guilfoy is wonderful! I have an older pitbull mix who gets terrified by the vet visit but she and her assistant where great and put him at ease. She is very caring and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. I would definitely recommend her!”

“I am very fond of Bought. Once you've established a relationship with the clinic, it is very easy to schedule and get your pets seen. I do find that certain clients/serviced are prioritized which is why I'd given four stars versus five stars however this is understandable. Overall, I've been very pleased with all of the employees at this clinic. Great prices, fair scheduling, no upselling. I guarantee that if this clinic was to update their systems and streamline check in processes, they'd be the best in the area. Highly recommended!”

“Thank you Dr. Ford for being such a terrific vet! Today, the wonderful staff at Boght squeezed us in for an emergency visit for one of our cats, who was injured. We were taken within an hour of our call and Dr. Ford and her highly competent vet tech immediately tended to our cat. “If you are reading this review, you most likely have a pet. The word "pet" minimizes the relationship, the bond you have established with this, albeit furry member of your family. VCA Shaker acknowledges their patients by extending a tender approach in their care. My late chihuahua, a rescue, gave us joy for seventeen years. She survived the early onset of a heart condition because the staff of VCA Shaker monitored her condition and provided treatment that would ensure a quality of life for her remaining days. After she crossed the rainbow, Shaker sent condolences, a card signed by every member of the staff who had experienced an exchange with our "fur girl." That makes VCA Shaker more than a business (by the way it is owned by Mars - yup the candy maker) it's a pet sanctuary.”
