Still waiting on my replacement Craftsman ratchets, I went in to replace them in July, my cousin went in a week later and you replaced his on the spot. I have returned on multiple occasions and I get the same response - "We haven't heard back from Craftsman yet". I guess I will have to start going to Tremonts Ace Hardware instead

You walk in they greet you and unless you ask for assistance they are busy doing something, don't know what. They verbally or occasionally walk with you to the aisle you are looking for. They leave you and go elsewhere.
One time looking for a bolt and screw and I had to search drawers myself. Another time I was looking for a partucular stain (wood) ans they vervalky sent me to alocation without any assistance.
Another time I was looking for some drywall compound and they told me an aisle and u had to find it but their selection ( size) was very limited - had to go elsewhere.

I went to the store on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I was in the middle of a project and my drill bit broke. The store was very crowded, but the associates acted calmly and politely. I found what I needed and when I paid I was offered a free American flag to celebrate Memorial Day. In a crowded store on a busy day I still received calm, polite, assistance.

As others have said the employees are very friendly and helpful. What was awesome is I asked them to get a certain product that I have seen in other Ace stores. They called me over to a computer to make sure it was the right product and a few days later it was there' and has been ever since. This is what customer service should be like.

Wonderful experience at this Ace. Ordered a Stihl string trimmer online for pickup and received an email shortly after that it was ready. I picked it up today and as soon as I walked in was greeted and asked what I needed help with. They got me signed up for my warranty, offered the extras to go with the trimmer, and had me on my way in 5 minutes. Stopped in around 2pm on 8/7. Wonderful crew at this store. I'll be back to this location to pickup a new Stihl chainsaw very soon. Top notch service!
