I went to the store on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I was in the middle of a project and my drill bit broke. The store was very crowded, but the associates acted calmly and politely. I found what I needed and when I paid I was offered a free American flag to celebrate Memorial Day. In a crowded store on a busy day I still received calm, polite, assistance.

As others have said the employees are very friendly and helpful. What was awesome is I asked them to get a certain product that I have seen in other Ace stores. They called me over to a computer to make sure it was the right product and a few days later it was there' and has been ever since. This is what customer service should be like.

Wonderful experience at this Ace. Ordered a Stihl string trimmer online for pickup and received an email shortly after that it was ready. I picked it up today and as soon as I walked in was greeted and asked what I needed help with. They got me signed up for my warranty, offered the extras to go with the trimmer, and had me on my way in 5 minutes. Stopped in around 2pm on 8/7. Wonderful crew at this store. I'll be back to this location to pickup a new Stihl chainsaw very soon. Top notch service!

This is a great hardware store and a great addition to the Wynantskill community. I’ve noticed that the sidewalk in front of the store is currently being completed. As a life long resident who once bowled in the same building, I still find it amazing that the transformation of this site has been done so nicely.
