Today I went through and got 2 wake up wraps and hash browns, but I never got the hash browns. Same thing happened on 10/9 where I ordered snackin bacon, bagel minis and a donut and I never got the donut. I’m not one to complain when it happens once, but a second time is annoying.

I went in to grab something to eat and drink and it took over 10 minutes just to get an order of Everything Bagel Minis. The person who took my order knew there was a couple outstanding order in queue and he just walked out and didn't help the other individual finish the remaining orders. When I got my Bagel Minis I was given plain Bagel Minis when I asked for everything Bagel Minis. The receipt says plain mini bagels and when I told the cashier it says plan he was it is what it is and just walked out! The service was miserable and ignorant. You'd would think after a remodel something would change but I fell like it got worse.

You never EVER, EVER, EVER make a transaction a drama scene with a customer, if an order or an amount is wrong. First off, you don't have TIME to make it a drama scene discussing the merits or details of an order. If the person taking the order gets it wrong or customer orders wrong, you simply say I am sorry what would you like. If the amount is wrong, you zero out the transaction and start over. You don't stand around with other employees discussing it. Easy fix, no drama!

The worker didn’t make the drinks in order of who came first and people behind us got their drinks first. Coffee didn’t taste that great and lines are always long.
