Don't bother calling this pharmacy. On hold for 25 minutes, drove there waited 5 minutes in person to sven be addressed. Worst service anywhere!!!! Get your scripts someplace anyplace else.

I have mostly used the drive through for my prescriptions, and have always had a positive experience. Even last night I was assisted by the window employee on how to update my phone number on the app to continue to receive text messages re: my prescriptions. Previously I was helped with my covid test order by the window employee. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I call I have always been able to speak to the pharmacist or another helpful employee. It's never been an issue. Yesterday I spoke with Matt, and he was quite helpful on the phone. Ive only been inside the store 2x and it was a seemless process, in and out in minutes. Overall I'm very happy about the way I've been treated by the employees at this CVS, and it is now my go to store.Flora

I was really trying to give this whole closing Pawling thing a chance.My fiance has had numerous complaints with the lines and time it takes to get his vital medications filled but i tried to stay positive. My Dr called in a poison ivy ointment on Wednesday for me. I got the text cvs got the script and would let me know when done. Thursday noontime comes and I still rec'd no texts. I called and spoke to a girl in the pharmacy who checked and said they just got the shipment in and they would be ready with my prescription soon. Around 230-3pm I got a text saying my order was filled. I had plans that night so Friday after work I ran over only to be told they are sold out of the ointment and I can go to 6 other cvs stores from Troy to Clifton Park! NO ONE could explain why I was told it would be ready by a person on the phone and then a text. The pharmacist didn't even look up to see what was happening and 3 technicians kept going back and forth whether it was cream or an ointment. ?♀️ I never did get the ointment since by Friday, the poison ivy didn't itch as bad as it did on Wednesday!I recently had to use Hannaford to get a script filled and was pleased with their service so I may just start going there and alleviate alittle of main ave's issues.Thanks for listening.

My nebulizer treatment solution has been on backorder for weeks, and CVS won't transfer inventory between stores for some reason. I assume this means I will have to travel to a different location for my medication if I want to continue breathing. Relying on China for our medication is not a viable solution !

This is one of the best CVS pharmacies in the area. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help you. So lucky to have them in my hometown.

For the most part friendly and helpful staff, the wait time for picking up meds has increased just about every time I go there now, however this may just be a staff issue.

CVS is Wynantskill provides quick, efficient and friendly service. When our "home" pharmacy didn't have the prescription we needed in stock, we were referred to Wynantskill. From my first phone call to their location asking about my sons script, their amicable tone, fast attention to my request, and expedited fulfillment of our script was comforting to a worried mother trying to help her child. We were greeted with a smile at the drive thru and we're in and out in a speedy manner. THANK YOU for your assistance. Highly recommend this location.

Never answers a phone, making people drive down and ask a question that could be answered by phone. Especially when trying to find out why a medication can’t be filled on time and the automated system doesn’t give you the answer! Have to waste gas in order to get an answer! I thought this is why businesses have phones!

Overall Excellent experiences at the Wynantskill store. Great pharmaceutical staff as well as store employees but the drive-thru wait can be lengthy at times. And don't go between 1:30 and 2:00 pm because they are all on lunch at the same time apparently. A second window and staggered lunches would be a big improvement !

I wish I could give this No stars, I had More THEN ENOUGH BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE. They treat you like dirt…., I was in the store for about 10 seconds one day and they asked me are you buying anything, who on earth asks that question? Well apparently they do, they said we are busy. There was only one other person in the store. One time I was in the store they accused me of trying to scam when buying a gift card, I’m 17, I literally used the store ATM to get the money out, wdym people, I honestly can’t take this place anymore. I’m not going here anymore. I recommend not to go to this place!!!! I’m going to wall-greens for now on……
